We had a problem with the cab over and the rocker panel that required temporary repairs until we could find a garage. We couldn't stop here at the time. The staff was very friendly and offered us an appointment for the following morning. I also took the opportunity to ask for the replacement of a rubber seal near the wheel. Summary of the work performed: Seal replacement: $95 (approximately 15 minutes of work). The job was poorly done and the color did not match the original seal. Rocker panel repair: $95 using tape for a maximum of 15 minutes of work. After 10 minutes, the tape started peeling off, requiring me to add more tape, which created another hazard for road users. Temporary fender repair (using screws and tape): Well-executed but somewhat expensive at $300. I felt compelled to give only one star, which has never happened to me before, for the following reasons: Unconscientious workmanship Very high prices, especially considering the poor quality I took the liberty of sending an email explaining my dissatisfaction, but received no response. This shows a lack of respect for the customer. I would like to emphasize that the staff was friendly.

Overall, my sales experience at Camping World was good. Ken was very helpful, answered my questions, and was easy to work with throughout the process. However, I had two major issues. First, I specifically told the dealership multiple times not to run my credit because I was already approved through America First Credit Union. Despite those requests, my credit was still pulled. Second, I would strongly advise against putting down a deposit or down payment unless you are completely certain. Even when employees assure you that a deposit will be refunded, getting that money back can become a frustrating process. The sales staff was friendly and professional, but the financing and deposit handling did not match what I was told during the purchase process. Because of that, I cannot give a higher rating.

Terrible Experience, Felt Like a Used Car Sales I walked into Camping World in St. George today hoping to browse their motorcoach inventory. I was ready to spend 500k on a coach, and they wouldn’t even let me look at the units without handing over my full name, email address, phone number, and who knows what else. This is ridiculous. When someone is prepared to drop that kind of money, you shouldn’t be treated like a tire-kicker who needs to be aggressively funneled into a sales funnel before they’ve even seen the product. No other high-end purchase like luxury cars, boats, RVs elsewhere has ever required this level of personal info just to see current inventory. The whole process was pushy and disrespectful. Absolutely a joke of a customer experience. I walked out and will be taking my business further south to Las Vegas. If you’re a serious buyer, be prepared for wasting time right at the door.
