  Everyone was so friendly especially Christine and Kathy… they were prepared for me and made it easy to go view the trailers…. I bought one Yea🙏❤️🎉🎉🎉👍 I forgot but Bryan the finance guy was awesome too… will share photo later

  Don’t waste your time with this place! We went in to buy a travel trailer. Wanted to pay cash, the salesman told me they don’t want our cash they want us to get a loan. We found one elsewhere. But then I’m looking for a part, I call the parts department apparently I was bothering them and got transferred multiple times and while they weren’t horrible, they were rude. And not just one person. If I can avoid it this place will never see a dime of our money.

  My parents just bought a brand new forest river trailer through these guys. They paid the deposit and went the next day to pick it up. They were told they found issues with the trailer and could not have it. They called for 2 weeks trying to get their trailer and kept getting the run around. After 2 weeks they were finally able to go pick it up. Within a couple hours of owing it they were noticing problems. The trim on the slide popped off when the slide went out. The generator would not start, they did not supply the ladder for the bunk bed, and the TV they claimed to be installing earlier in the week and nowhere to be found. My dad has now been on the phone with them all day trying to get things fixed and found. I ended up driving into st. George to get the ladder for them. When I asked about the TV they started talking about brackets and having to bring the trailer back. Such a mess.

  I am leaving this review based on my personal experience with Camping World in St. George, Utah. I have never purchased an RV or camper from a dealer before, primarily because I have heard so many negative stories about the RV buying process. Because of that, I have typically purchased used campers through private party sales. However, with the RV market softening, I decided it may be worth considering a dealer purchase, especially since new and used pricing in today’s market can be much closer than it has been in previous years. I stopped by the St. George Camping World location about three weeks ago. I knew I was looking for a camper with four bunks. I was introduced to a sales associate who was pleasant, professional, and seemed genuinely interested in helping. I had no issue with her at all. They did not have exactly what I was looking for in stock at the time, so I provided my information and asked them to stay in touch if something came available. To their credit, they did follow up with me periodically and sent me options that they believed might fit what I was looking for. After that visit, I continued researching trailers online and started comparing regular travel trailers with destination-style trailers. I found one that interested me and asked whether Camping World would price match or at least become more competitive, since their price was substantially higher than other dealers. The answer was an immediate no. That same trailer was also missing a couch and a mattress. When I asked whether those missing items would be replaced, I was again told no. The explanation was that this was how they had received the trailer on trade from the previous customer. From my perspective, that was disappointing. If a dealer is asking a retail price, I would expect the unit to be complete or for missing major items to be clearly addressed in the deal. I later found another trailer I was interested in and asked for the out-the-door price. I explained that I would not be financing. I was then told that because I was not financing, my price would be $9,000 higher. They then presented it as though they were doing me a favor by allowing me to purchase a warranty and protection package for $9,000 instead of simply increasing the price by $9,000. That was the point where I became very uncomfortable with the process. I made multiple attempts over several days to get a clear out-the-door price from their finance department. I also tried to get a clear explanation as to why I could not simply purchase the trailer without being required to add the warranty or protection package. The communication was unclear, the pricing did not feel straightforward, and I never felt like I was receiving a simple, transparent purchase option. Ultimately, I decided Camping World in St. George was not the dealer I wanted to do business with, and I will be purchasing elsewhere. For anyone considering buying from this location, my advice would be to slow down, compare pricing carefully, ask for a full written out-the-door price, and make sure you clearly understand whether any warranties, protection packages, financing incentives, or add-ons are actually optional. Do not buy emotionally, and do not assume the advertised price is the full story. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.
