  Nobody will even answer the phone. No way to get a hold of the local office. Can’t even find out what time I can pick up my reserved car. Wow!

  Didn't honor the online reservation. I was dropped off at the airport and when I went to pick up the vehicle I rented online, they said they would not honor the days I booked online and forced me to lower the days to get the vehicle. The price also ended up being more than it was online for the same period of time. Budget Support wouldn't do anything either. The worst customer service I have ever had with a rental car company.

  Thank you Budget, I had a family emergency and needed the rental. Your staff at Provo airport was sympathetic, efficient and got me out the door and in the road quickly in a beautiful comfort car!

  Should be 0 stars Was told to give keys and fuel readings. Appears 5 days later my car is dropped in different state and now is am charged $888 for $180 rental.

  Beware of signing for the optional insurance. Budget stuck us for an additional $450 because they said I initialed for it at signin, even tho I had prepaid and original agreement specifically said I did not want it. I actually told the desk clerk I did not want it and asked if he needed to see proof of insurance as my personal insurance would cover me. His reply was, "no ma'am, if you wreck it, that's on you". And then they charged me anyway. The signin sheet is very misleading. Make sure you read the VERY fine print. The extra insurance cost me more than the car rental.
