Didn't expect more than the old change but really appreciated them walking through checking my different lights, fluid levels, filters, and wipers - the stuff I always forget to check. Quick service overall and I especially felt reassured after the oil change they had me start the car to check the oil pressure. Never had that done before. Fast turnaround time with fresh oil, filter, wipers, explanations, and peace of mind.

Unfortunately, I left frustrated after discovering that my hood strut had broken. When I brought it up, the staff member assisting me said it was likely because my car was old. While that may be a possibility, I also mentioned that it could have happened if the hood strut wasn’t properly latched back into place during the service. I’ve never had any issues with my hood strut after previous oil changes. After speaking with my husband, who regularly checks under the hood, he confirmed there didn’t appear to be any pre-existing issue with the hood strut. I was disappointed with how quickly the situation was dismissed rather than having the possibility of a service-related mistake considered.

They proceed to have me sit in line for another 35 minutes to then tell me they don't have DEF fluid. waited their from 7:55 to 8:45. Not good customer experience and never offered anything when I left just said sorry.
