The problem came at the end when they “filled” the car with oil and then brought me the dip stick to see the level on it to my utter shock it was at the minimum safe line also known as a quart of oil low. Then the guy proceeded to tell me that’s the “cold fill line” sir this is not transmission oil there is no “cold fill line” on engine oil. Very disappointing and most people that don’t know anything about cars will say okay that looks good and if your car burns any oil at all between your oil change now you are below the minimum and risk damaging your engine. They don’t care at all it’s all to save a dollar. The only reason they get two stars is because the staff was friendly and courteous.
