*Update: they sent a text to see if they could “make it right right away” and did nothing (see photo). Had a problem with a broken stud on my wheel when I was changing a flat tire. Ended up being a complicated fix which wasn't their fault, but I was not a fan at their approach to quoting and lack of conveying critical information: they broke two of my tire studs without telling me (leaving me stranded at their shop after I left work to take it somewhere else cheaper), and happily taking my $850 to get new studs and not even patching the tire (which Big O did the next day for FREE). If you're reading this Rocky Mountain, I'd be happy to give a full account of why I'm upset and leaving two stars. They were prompt (just not thorough) in their communication though, gave me a $75 discount coupon, and did a good job at what they actually did as far as I know. I bet they'll do fine with the next car they work on, but I won't be going back myself due to the way I was treated and the amount I had to pay.

I had some much needed service and repairs done for an older truck. They were upfront on the estimate and time frame. Got the truck back on time and $200 below the initial quoted cost. I appreciate their straightforward communication.

Rocky Mountain Diesel has been great! Been under time crunches and they've come through. They do good work and offer solutions that help prevent problems down the road. Great communication on vehicles in the shop. Would highly recommend using these guys.

I took my Ford Taurus in to have the transmission fluid changed. They were able to get it done before I had to go to work, which I appreciated. They were fast and friendly. Quality work at a reasonable price. I feel better knowing it was done right and it was easier than trying to do it myself. I can trust them to get the job done next time I need maintenance or repairs. Thanks guys.

After my suv sat at the dealership for almost 2 weeks without them taking a look at it, I contacted Rocky Mountain Auto they said they could help me out. I went and got my suv and took it to Rocky Mountain Auto they had it diagnosed within the hour and repaired a day later. Great communication, good pricing, and fast turn around. I will be going back for all my Auto repair needs.
