- BCBrian CrowApr 29, 20261.0I’ve seen them use unethical sales tactics with customers on multiple occasions. I’ve been taking my cars here for years because it’s so close to home but I can’t keep going in good conscience. I recommend going somewhere else if you’re unfamiliar with car maintenance and repair. I’m sure some of the technicians are good/honest but I’ve encountered a few now that aren’t. To the owner: do not train your technicians to insist to elderly customers (or any customer) that some service will be covered by insurance. You can’t guarantee that they have comprehensive coverage. Not worth it to twist the truth to get a little extra commission. You should be careful allowing a practice that could be considered exploitation of a vulnerable adult. You could have a class action on your hands if this practice is documented somewhere in your training/communication and experienced by multiple customers. I have no intention of pursuing this but thought I’d leave a note to help you avoid litigation and improve the business.

Isaiah helped me, clearly explained the prices of everything ( besides oil changes, the service on brake pads, rotors you name it beat all competitors in the area by a wide margin ) and even told me what amount of life my parts all had. I was also allowed into the mechanic bay and asked repeatedly if I had any questions or if there was anything else they could do to help. Austin was very nice as well. GO HERE!!
