I bought a used car from Doug Smith and quickly realized it made some noises/had some issues we weren’t able to identify in our test drive. Daniel & Ty helped us out and found and fixed a wheel bearing issue super quick before we had a roadtrip. We also were able to take their inspection to Doug Smith and get our A/C blower motor replaced (which we didn’t even know had an issue).
During our roadtrip, we noticed the same sound/feel we originally brought it in for.
After our trip (and tons of miles on the car), we brought it back in. They honored their warranty and replaced the wheel bearing again and explained that they likely missed the other wheel bearing (that was same age/had the same wear and tear as the other). They offered us a discount on the other wheel bearing, and did a test drive with me after to ensure I wasn’t hearing/feeling anything suspicious.
I felt with the discount that the price was fair for the whole thing, and I know that they’ll honor their warranty if anything goes wrong.

Came in for a $49.99 synthetic oil change. The technician claimed our cabin air filter door was missing and offered to replace it along with the filter for $50. My husband checked at home, and the door was completely intact. Great price, but zero integrity. We won't be back.

I can't say enough good things about Rocky Mountain Auto Repair. As someone who's been a service writer in this industry for 10 years, I know exactly what great (and not-so-great) service looks like — and I can't speak highly enough of this location.
I walked in with no appointment and they still managed to fit me in on short notice, which honestly saved my day. The moment I walked in, I was acknowledged right away — which shouldn't feel like a big deal, but lately that kind of basic attentiveness has become rare. It's something that should be standard, and it set the tone for the whole visit.
Brodie was my service writer and handled everything professionally from start to finish, keeping me informed and making the whole process smooth. Austin was my technician and he went above and beyond — friendly, personable, and clearly knew what he was doing. Between the two of them, I never felt rushed or talked down to, and everything was explained clearly.
While I waited in the customer lounge, I noticed the other customers seemed just as satisfied with their experience — that's a great sign when it's not just my own experience, but a pattern across the shop.
On top of the great service, the pricing was more than fair for the work done — no surprise fees, no upselling, just honest work at a reasonable cost.
I'll definitely be back for any future repairs, and I'd recommend Rocky Mountain Auto Repair to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop. Ask for Brodie and Austin if you can — top notch service all around.

Excellent service! We were traveling through the area and needed a couple of parts replaced before we could safely make the drive home. The team got us in and out as quickly as possible and even went above and beyond by giving us a ride from our motel to the shop.
Everyone was friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome while we waited. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with beverages, snacks for the kids, and charging stations for our devices. We truly appreciated the outstanding customer service and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area!
