The employee was very aggressive to sell us a car wash subscription - to the point where it made us uncomfortable. Wasn’t expecting it honestly. Just wanted to buy a car wash. Why so combative? Makes us never want to return to Quick Quack. 🐤😔

Tagg n Go or Shiny Shell are better. Haley in support hung up on me instead of changing my vehicles or canceling my account like I asked. Buyer beware. They misspelled my email address and therefore they say they cannot update my vehicles or let me cancel. I’ve paid them probably $8000 over the years for mediocre car washes and in return, they can’t spend more than 15 minutes of their own time to fix extremely basic account issues which are their own fault. I even had to pay a separate $20 for a wash in Provo for the vehicle I now drive but can’t update my subscription to. They apologized and said the company is paranoid about teenagers making account changes, so rational customers like myself have to pay $20 on top of an $80 per month subscription.
I’ve called multiple times and get the same incapable support reps. And they are unwilling to talk with a manager. Terrible protocols and terrible customer support etiquette. Imagine waiting on hold for 15 minutes, then spending another 20 minutes with a support rep, then the rep says she needs to hang up because it’s taking too much of her valuable time trying to help me lol. The call was very calm and she still hung up. Listen to the recording, y’all. So their policy is to keep charging me for vehicles I don’t have anymore because they say I already swapped vehicles twice in the past year haha. Okay. I guess I need permission from quick quack in order to buy a different vehicle more than two times in a year. I pay $100 a month for soapy water that doesn’t even wash the back of my vehicles properly, and somehow they treat my account like a matter of national security. We’re talking about a car wash. Text me for verification. It’s not hard. Everyone else can verify my account, including banks, which actually have something valuable of mine to protect. Also the tire shine doesn’t work. And the upgraded “ceramic” product that I’m paying for doesn’t shine the car up like it used to. When a location first opens up, the shine is good. But never again. It leaves lots of swirly looking marks on black paint. Also doesn’t wash wheels very well. You have to go through the car wash twice to get the rear by the license plate or to get the wheels halfway clean, and they are still fairly dirty after that.
