  Angela was absolutely amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super friendly, professional, and made the whole car wash experience way better than I expected. She was attentive, helpful, and you can tell she actually cares about making sure customers leave happy. Her customer service is seriously top tier—she deserves recognition and a raise! Definitely one of the best attendants I’ve dealt with.

  Broke my mirror, blamed me, kept my money Took my car through for a wash and their equipment damaged my mirror. When I reported it, they “reviewed the footage” and came back saying their equipment didn’t cause it then in the same breath cited a policy that they’re not liable for damage from “unsecured items,” which makes zero sense since nothing on my car was unsecured. Convenient way to deny every claim no matter what actually happens on camera. No compensation, no accountability, just a copy-paste denial and a suggestion to go through my own insurance for damage their machine caused. If their equipment damages your car, don’t expect them to own it expect a form letter. We won’t be back. (My reply) I find it wild that I brought in a brand new vehicle with zero prior damage, and it came out damaged yet your "investigation" resulted in absolutely nothing. This is costing me $2,000 to repair. You had a real opportunity to do the right thing here and chose not to. That says everything about how much your company actually stands behind its own equipment and its customers.

  Absolutely unbelievable customer service and a complete lack of accountability. I drove my 2021 Kia Telluride directly from the dealership to Quick Quack—less than five minutes away. My windshield was in perfect condition when I arrived. While going through the wash, my boys and I heard something slam into the windshield with enough force that it made us jump. Within seconds, a massive spiderweb crack spread across the entire windshield. I immediately reported it to the employee and manager before even leaving the property. Instead of taking responsibility, they immediately started looking for ways to blame me. Over the next several emails, their story kept changing. First, they claimed they don't cover windshield cracks because they're usually caused by pre-existing damage. Then they suddenly claimed they reviewed footage and found a pre-existing chip. They refused to provide any proof because their video is "proprietary." So apparently they can use video to deny your claim, but you're not allowed to see the evidence they're using against you. I even told them I could provide documentation from the dealership and mechanic confirming the windshield was in perfect condition before entering their wash. They didn't care. They denied my claim, refused to reimburse me for the windshield, wouldn't even refund the cost of the car wash that damaged my vehicle, and then ended communication by telling me they were terminating all further correspondence. It's obvious this company has a process designed to deny claims instead of standing behind their service. If your vehicle is damaged in their wash, don't expect honesty, transparency, or accountability. I will NEVER spend another dollar at Quick Quack and will make sure everyone I know hears about this experience. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually stands behind the service they provide.
