    Super disappointed with this location & the customer service after we returned the vehicle. My vehicle was in an accident & the insurance company was taking care of the rental. I got there to pick up the rental & they said you own a bigger vehicle than they put you in. I was told they were putting me in a vehicle equivalent to mine I own with a family of 6 & they would call & get the insurance company to take care of the upgrade. A week after dropping it off I got charged for the upgrade was told since they already charged my card I need to get reimbursed by the insurance company it was my problem now. I tried to avoid this by accepting the smaller car it was just a couple days but I thought they were being helpful & wanted to help!

    1 Star I reserved a Hyundai Santa Fe several days in advance and specifically chose that vehicle because it fit the needs of my family trip. When I arrived for my reservation, the vehicle I had reserved was not available. Instead, I was offered a much older and smaller SUV that did not meet the needs of our family. What I don’t understand is why customers are allowed to reserve a specific vehicle if that vehicle won’t be available when they arrive. We took the time to visit the location, look at the vehicle, and make our reservation based on that choice. The staff was polite, but the main reason for my disappointment is that the vehicle we reserved was not provided, and the replacement offered was not comparable. Unfortunately, this disrupted our travel plans and left us feeling that our reservation was not honored. I hope management improves the reservation process so future customers receive the vehicle they were promised or are notified ahead of time if a comparable replacement is not available. REPLY: Thank you for the response, Isabella. I have already contacted Enterprise customer service and am currently on hold to discuss the situation. My reservation was for June 11 through June 30 (20 days total), so this was a significant rental and an important family trip that had been planned in advance. My disappointment is not with the staff personally, but with the fact that the vehicle I reserved and selected was not available when I arrived. I was instead offered a much older and smaller vehicle that was not comparable to what I had reserved. I am willing to update my review if Enterprise is able to address the issue and provide a satisfactory resolution. I look forward to hearing back from your team. Thank you.

    I went to rent a car from them. The manager there was so rude. I was trying to get into a compact car. He comes back with a mini van. So I asked him if I could upgrade to an SUV. He says sure for 100.00 more dollars. When I get on the app the upgrade to an SUV is $32.61 total. He refuses to do it for me & refuses to rent me car. Very poor customer service, he wanted me up charge for no reason. Then the app should say no compact cars. The manager was very rude & will not be going back there ever.
