Even when our car broke down, they made the roadside assistance and switching out the car such a smooth and stress-free process. - WJWeston JohnsonJul 18, 20261.0Benjamin gets heated with customers real fast… My wife scheduled a 8 seat vehicle days in advance, HE left a voicemail saying he had a 8 seat wagoner ready to go Saturday morning. My wife called Saturday morning and HE said it was only a 7 seater. After telling him that a 7 seater wasn’t big enough for our family he wanted us to have kids share seats… My wife said she was going to come in before the close and HE threatened to call the cops for trespassing if we showed up to office. I typically don’t leave bad reviews. But he was VERY unprofessional and unwilling to help find a resolution. My wife never yelled, just persistent about getting the proper vehicle to fit our family.
