We worked with Trenton and Cameron, and even though we blew up their phones with a million questions, they were always patient, knowledgeable, and kind. They took the time to explain everything and never made us feel like we were a bother. Unfortunately, additional issues were discovered while other work was being done on our mini cooper, which is never fun to hear. However, I truly appreciate their honesty and transparency throughout the process. It’s refreshing to work with a shop that is respectful and genuinely looks out for its customers instead of trying to hide problems. Because of the excellent customer service and integrity we experienced, we’ll definitely be bringing both of our cars to Cregg’s Automotive going forward. Highly recommend!

Appreciate the fast turnaround. I don't think they are the cheapest car repair in the world, but worth it to me to spend up for such good service and honesty. Candy and drinks in the waiting room is a huge bonus too.
