- KKKyoo Kim2 days ago5.0First of all, I love Clegg Auto. Always been a huge fan of the Provo location. There was a leak under the car. When my wife took the car in the week before the appointment, an employee came out and checked it out but could only guess what could be wrong and they were fully booked, so he set up an appointment for today. When they came back with the inspection, they saw that the engine oil was leaking from the drain plug. We got the oil changed from the Provo location a few months back. They didn't charge for the drain plug fix. Then, they realized that the oil change wasn't due either, so they did the whole work for free because they said that it was their (the company's) mistake! I love their customer service and honesty. You will never find a company like this anywhere!

They ended up letting us know that they didn't currently have a specific idea of which part needed to be replaced for our particular problem, and didn't want us to have to pay for 5 new parts, when only one or two were needed (and that's not my typical experience with Auto Shops, usually they are all too eager to get money and service however they can). They gave me all the info they found, and what they think I should do moving forward. They gained me as a future customer
