  I 100% recommend Clegg to anyone. I had some scratches in my brand new car from my dog jumping on it, and they were amazing at getting the scratches out and making the car look brand new like nothing had ever happened! They had a super quick turnaround, the staff was really friendly and helpful. Amazing service, can’t be the price, exceptional work. Do yourself a favor and go here.

  They worked with the insurance to get everything fixed and repaired that was damaged in the accident, at no cost to me. I also had them repair a front bumper pad at a reasonable price. All employees were extremely easy to work with and you could tell they loved working at Clegg Auto. Great environment!

  I’d have to move out of state to ever go somewhere else to get my vehicles fixed. Best customer service of any business I’ve ever been to. Great communication with quality and trustworthy work. Small town service at its best. So grateful for businesses and people like this. They will take care of you. Big shoutout (and bonuses?👀) to Zach, Karlee, Carlos, and even mister Jake. Promise I’m not just leaving this review cuz I have a crush on the guy who fixed my car. THANK YOU CLEGG AUTO!

  I had an excellent experience with this auto body shop! They were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond throughout the entire process. They called me multiple times a week to keep me updated on the progress of my car, which made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. They were also kind enough to provide me with a loaner car while mine was being repaired, which was a huge help. When I picked up my car, it had been vacuumed and cleaned on the inside, which was such a nice touch. They even fixed the handle on my trunk that was broken—without me ever mentioning it or asking them to! That was such an unexpected bonus and really showed how much they cared about doing a great job. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff was amazing, communication was excellent, and they truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend them!

  I recently had body repairs done here at Cleggs, and I wasn't at all satisfied with my experience. I needed my back taillight and front bumper repaired. I chose this shop because of the reviews, had no prior experience with them so I went into it as an entirely new customer. I was very nervous, but I trusted the reviews and went forward giving them a try. I feel like they had my car for longer than necessary, 10 days to fix only the taillight, corner end. Felt too long. I made sure to communicate that I only have 1- vehicle when I dropped off my keys. But that didn't seem to be considered or to move anything. I was given updates twice a week, but they were vague, I didn't get any definite answers each time until my car was finally finished. The front end was not touched at all. So only half the job was complete. I wasn't sure if it was a mistake on the insurance or not, but it was part of the claim, so I expected to have that part completed when I picked it up. But no, only half of the car was repaired. The cost was over $2K which seems too high for just that job. Thankfully insurance picked up most of it, but it still felt too high, unreasonable. Now, I could have gone back and forth to settle the issues, but I was already desperate to have my car back, and I felt like it wouldn't have made any difference. I couldn't be without my car longer either. I paid and walked away. I do feel taken advantage of as a Woman. I didn't feel to be treated as a valued customer. Polite to my face but no consideration or appreciation for my time. I picked up on this. Now I know we're all human, but when it comes to business, it should be straightforward. I know business can be hectic, and work loads vary, but again, business should be business, and customers should be able to know what to count on. Now, on a positive note, they did a beautiful job on the taillight, the back end of my car looks like new. You cannot tell there was prior damage. I was happy with their detailing service, as well. My car was nicely cleaned, fresh, and shiny. I liked that part. As a whole my experience wasn't all positive, and I'm unsatisfied with my overall experience. I won't be doing business again with Cleggs. I'm having to look for another shop to complete the job I need done.
