  Joe and I agreed on an OTD price over text. I left a deposit prior to making the drive up from out of town. Then they sent me the purchase contract with added fees and they wouldn’t honor the original agreement.

  Kaden and Rico were very helpful with showing us how the trailer works, very informative and kind guy. Grier was straight forward and told us everything we needed to know, first time coming here and we’d definitely recommend it to others that are interested

  I feel like I got a great deal on my trailer. All though the sales guy told me untrue things like if I have issues then Grand Design will find at least three other issues than I reported to ensure quality. Well I had issues and their service department leaves much to be desired. The first major issue right after I bought it was the left turn signal causing all the lights to flash. Took it in and got that repaired, the diagnosis was the lights were wired incorrectly. Odd since it worked for a few weeks. 11 months later the right turn signal did the same thing. I work on electrical for a living. My own diagnostic indicated that the turn signal wire and the clearance light wire were touching somewhere (a short circuit). Again their diagnosis was the lights were wired incorrectly. If it’s wired incorrectly it immediately doesn’t work. It doesn’t wait some period of time then stop working. Their solution was to run a new wire under the trailer from the plug to the turn signal light. They never bothered about the clearance light wire that is still damaged somewhere. When they gave the trailer back to me their repair was unprofessional. The wire was haphazardly ran along the frame, outside of any conduit. The tail light cover was not secured, and black greasy finger prints were left on the trailer by the turn signal light. At the same time I had the right turn signal issue my fridge quit working and was showing an error code. My own diagnostic showed the batteries were low at 10.5 volts. This means the solar panel isn’t charging them (several bright sunny days) or the batteries were bad. Their service advisor told me the trailer blew a fuse. He said they replaced the fuse and everything works. That makes sense, until you read the paperwork. Their documented solution was to plug in the trailer and charge the batteries. No other repairs conducted. I did ask where the fuse was located so I could make an emergency repair if necessary. Initially they told me under the A frame on the passenger side. Except that is the fuse for the jack. Then they said behind the charge controlar. It’s not there either. In short, buy a trailer there, but before you do look around the nation at better prices and do some haggling. But don’t get your rv serviced there. The lack of competence is astonishing.

  Vince in service worked hard to get the job done. He followed through, took care of the whole process, and was great to communicate with. When another service department (CW Kville) said we had an "appointment" and after two weeks nothing was diagnosed, we looked elsewhere and are so glad we did. Don't hesitate to get your rig serviced at General RV in So Weber. We will be back.

  Don't show up unless you're ready to buy with $50k+ cash in hand. We went in an hour before closing, looking for a low pressure window shopping experience as we are 1-2yrs from buying, I'm deep in the research trying to learn. We didn't get that. Jerry, the salesman that worked with us was condescending and disrespectful. Looking directly for a cash buyer that night. I told him our goals and intentions. He stated "are you trying to waste my time, or yours?". I was caught off guard. Begrudgingly, he took us on a golf cart, dropped us at the back corner of the lot, then took a fake phone, to "take care of something important" and left me and my 2yr old and 4yr old and my father to walk back. We thanked him, which he replied with a shrug and then took off. I get I'm probably not a high cash buyer today... but I definitely won't be in the future at this location and neither will my friends. Sales advice. "Dig the well before you thirsty", build rapport, you never know who you're working with. Thanks for the poor experience. Glad we found out early in the journey.
