- CMCrystal MasseyJul 31, 20265.0CAN'T RECOMMEND SOUTH WEBER GENERAL RV HIGHLY ENOUGH! My husband and I were looking to trade in our 8 year old Eclipse Attitude for a Grand Design Momentum. We initially worked with Ron in sales, who was incredibly knowledgable about the GD line. Our first visit, we looked at a brand new unit, and decided we didn't love the interior. A few weeks later, a 2022 came in to their lot and we contacted Ron to see it. It was missing a generator, and that was a bit of a speed bump for us. The Sales Manager, Brock, jumped in to help. He secured us a brand new generator, and had it installed. He went above and beyond for us to keep our business, and get us into the GD we wanted! They also gave us a value on our trade in that we were happy about, and went out of their way yet again to meet us at a price point that made us happy! Grier in finance was SUCH a joy to work with - he made the transaction not only simple and seamless but FUN!! Even with a couple of hiccups along the way, the entire team we worked with was kind, patient, understanding, and treated us like friends more than customers. Ellie and Monica were always communicating with us, and were both SO sweet and kind. Our tech who gave us the rundown on our new unit, Kaden, was SO full of information, tips, tricks, and we genuinely enjoyed our time with him as he walked us through the unit before we took it home. He was VERY thorough, covered every detail, answered every question, and did it with patience and kindness every step of the way. It was clear he was not letting us take it home until he ensured that every single thing worked perfectly! To the team at General RV in South Weber, THANK YOU. You made this experience one my husband and I will never forget, and we will continue to recommend this place to every single friend and family member in the market for a new or used RV. CHEERS!!!!

- TJTony JaocbsJul 25, 20261.0Would not recommend, wanted to drive a unit to see how we would like it, they wanted to negotiate the price first, they treated me like I was wasting their time, why would anyone talk numbers on something they haven’t driven or fully looked at, seems shady. Whole purpose of the visit was to determine which model we wanted, I even narrowed it down between two units. Never experienced this anywhere.
