  Google does not give enough stars options for this business! Kyler and his crew went above and beyond to take care of all the little things wrong with my Dodge 2500 as we prepare to travel to Missouri an a week, they were fast, friendly and extremely fair in cost. I recommend them for great service, I would continue to use them if I was staying. Thank you so much, I wish I found you sooner.

  Kyler and his crew are exceptional in every way; I'd give them 6 stars if I could... oh wait, I can ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! It's never an easy week when the diesel breaks down, but it's a relief knowing I'm in good hands when I bring it into KJR Auto! Superior communication from scheduling to payment. He earned my trust with an initial inspection and have since used them for a front end rebuild, high pressure oil pump failure, and injector control module failure, as well as regular fluid changes and tires. They are very thorough and honest with their services and my truck runs like a dream when it leaves their shop. He's arranged tows for me twice, offered a loaner, and even had another mechanic drive me across town once (thanks Pete!). When my HPOP failed, they noticed that the ball bearing from the check valve was missing... They traced it back to the upper oil pan and retrieved it, dropping the transmission in the process. I still keep the bearing as a momento in the cupholder! Lastly, the transparency about diagnostic steps and findings along the way has been on point and I always get an informed call with a choice to authorize the repair. Keep on rocking!! 🤘🏻

  My brother took my car here. The actual service seemed okay, but I wish there was more transparency on the extra add-on fees. Felt like I got nickeled and dime from all these random fees that I didn't even know about until seeing the bill my bro gave to me after the fact. Wish more companies wouldn't pass on random fees and be more transparent. - Hazmat fee *really... - A debit card fee (he used a visa debit card) *I would have just told him to pay with cash - Shop supplies *what does this even mean?
