- TMTeig MarvellSep 11, 20261.0Unbelievable lack of service. Line of customers all with single items while a single cashier struggles to find a part for a customer. I waited in line with the other customers while listening to employees talking and laughing in the back. Once the single cashier went back to get help the guy that came to the register proceeded to text on his phone instead of hustling and getting customers out the door. What an absolute joke and lack of service never in my life would I expect to spend 35 mins to buy a single 10 amp fuse off the shelf.

I was able to go down the street to a competitor, have the vehicle scanned and purchase the parts I needed to get me on my way.

Worker told me she couldn’t process my return and said nothing else. I asked why and they said their system didn’t recognize the store I bought it from (Riverdale, Utah) even though she didn’t scan my receipt or item. Drove 10 mins down the road to the Murray location received a much warmer welcome and they did my return, was in and out in 2 minutes.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
