- BCB C5 days ago1.0WARNING! Oil tech used the wrong drain plug and truck leaked a quart of oil on my driveway. Drove back to shop and they drained oil into a jug & refilled after they installed the right plug. Required a quart of my own oil to top off because they messed up. Tech offered me 20% off "next time" as compensation for the shops incompetence. Second time this shop has made an oil change mistake on my truck. They are amateurs and I'll never come back. DO NOT COME

Communication with both technicians was wonderful, they were efficient and it was clear from all that was happening and communication with the team in the pit and such that safety was a high priority.

Skyler not only took care of my oil change but also went above and beyond and changed my flat tire to the spare so I could safely drive to a tire shop to get it fixed. I really appreciated her willingness to help with something that wasn’t even part of the service I came in for. Great customer service and a great experience. Thank you, Skyler!

Even though it had been a long day, she let her cute personality shine through as she efficiently worked to complete my test. I noticed that she was also answering some questions posed by the other techs, proving that she is dialed in. Please give her a raise, and an AC unit!!. It was hot in the shop even with the doors open, but she kept her cheerful disposition. I’ll be back.
