  I honestly loved this place and would bring in my car for a full service every Thursday. Unfortunately, my car was totaled and the charge went through without me having used the service… when I called the call center and explained the situation. They said once a charge goes through they can’t refund me the $69 for the one month but they can charge me half the price for the next 3 months while I don’t have a car 🫠. I even explained I’d put my new car once received on the membership but the call center refused. It’s unfortunate because the staff in person at the actual location are all so great.

  I took my brand-new vehicle to this car wash for the first time, and it was honestly one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. As I was going through the wash and approaching the dryer, the machine hit my passenger side mirror so hard that it knocked it out of place and scratched my paint. Now the mirror isn’t functioning properly. On top of that, the wash itself was terrible , my car was still dirty afterward. The drying service was just as disappointing; it felt rushed and careless. What made the situation worse was the lack of accountability. The manager on duty showed no concern about the damage and had a young employee handle the incident instead. Customer support has been just as unhelpful and dismissive. In hindsight, I should have paid more attention to how poorly maintained this location is. If you have a new vehicle, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Don’t be fooled by the price”you get what you pay for” definitely applies here. The ownership clearly does not care about customers or the damage caused.
