  Very helpful in trying to figure out why pre-paid washes are not working. Went out of his way to assist and sent a trouble ticket to IT to figure out the problem.

  Chris is amazing!!! Always helping and kind! Love having multiple cars on my plan and they are always so great to work with. I love that we can do brushless. My car comes out great everytime! Love the Matt wash and towels provided

  Best carwash in Utah. And that's coming from an autistic man that's obsession is carwashes. That's my superpower, that's my thing, it's all I got. I would live in this car wash if they'd let me. And they should. They should consider that. I think it's a win win situation.

  After nearly six years as a member, I made the difficult decision to cancel my membership due to repeated negative interactions with two employees who were operating the tunnel control panel. On multiple occasions, I felt I was not treated with the level of professionalism and respect that customers should expect. Their behavior, including eye-rolling and the tone used when speaking with me, created an unpleasant experience and left me feeling unwelcome. I want to be clear that I have no complaints about any other employees. My interactions with the rest of the staff have generally been positive. I submitted a complaint through your online system, and I was surprised to receive a follow-up call from the same employee who was the subject of my complaint. His name is Jose. During the call, he stated that he was contacting me because he had received the complaint. Unfortunately, the conversation did not leave me with the impression that my concerns were being taken seriously. I believe employees who regularly interact with customers should demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and respect at all times. Based on my experiences, I do not believe Jose is currently providing the level of customer service that reflects well on your organization. I hope this feedback is helpful and can be used to improve the customer experience for future members.
