- JJJoMamaMay 13, 20264.0Most of the time it’s pretty good. I typically just do the cheapest one since my car is pretty old. It’s always been the only wash we go to. However, one time it was super dirty so I paid for a much more expensive wash when I came. The car came out still filthy. I asked nicely if I could run through again since it still was very dirty, and the person working it was super rude about it and made me feel really awful for even asking. I quit going there for over a year because of how awkward she made me feel. I just returned today for my typical easy wash on a not super dirty car and it was just as it has always been. So overall I’d say it’s wonderful for basic cleanings. But if your car just went on a roadtrip or camping or something, go somewhere else.

- HGHunter GiddingsMay 10, 20265.0First time at rocket, it was a great expirence truck is squeaky clean and Chris here caught that I had left some stuff in my bed, thankful for Chris he let me set it aside and get it on my way out, you don’t really find customer service like this anymore, definetly will be back at rocket soon, also this is the first time I’ve had my wheels con out completely clean from a wash! Top that Mister!!!!
