  Worst location. Refused to give any additional wipes, layout is silly. And then 5 minutes into vacuuming my car they told me I've exceeded my time to vacuum. What is the ourpose of my membership if you're going to treat me so poorly? It's not like they were busy or anything. They just wanted to be rude.

  Love this Quick Quack so much!! Best car wash, vacuum and love their wet rags to wipe down my car after!! 10/10!!

  Attendant offered 50% first month of service off the ceramic package, Also said she would add my “flock” additional car for $22. None of this actually happened. Charged full price and no flock added. Upon reviewing my email it shows I was charged full price. Stopped at another location to get help told me nothing they can do I would need to call customer service. This isn’t convenient (the reason why I got a car wash package with you was for convenience. With all the trouble I asked to just get a refund and she said she will need to offer a partial refund. Completely unnaceptable. Requested a supervisor but was told they don’t have the ability to get me to a supervisor. Agent on the phone was pretty rude as she constantly spoke over me. Fix this!
