Extremely pushy staff. Will not take no for an answer. I requested a basic car wash to the cashier after being asked which monthly subscription I wanted. I was told that the monthly car wash is only a few dollars more a month. I continued to refuse the monthly service 2 more times. After the fourth refusal, I told the cashier I would drive off if he tried to pitch it again. I drive off after he tries to sell me on the monthly subscription again. Having parked, I go to speak with the manager who again say he’s just doing his job and tries to offer the monthly subscription again. It’s one thing to tell me it’s your best product and offer it to me a few times but if I tell I’m going to drive off and you still push it, you’re literally refusing to sell me a simple car wash that I’ve already requested. The manager doesn’t even seem to understand this simple concept of being overbearing. I told them they were disrespectful and walked out. No thanks, I’ll go take my business to a car wash that will actually take my money.

Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.
