Grease Monkey is the best! Very personable employees that immediately meet you when you pull in. They were so quick I didn't even have time to read my phone messages. Then when I paid, I was expecting them to try to upsell me like other car service centers do. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need. We don't know how vehicles work and so honest car care is important because we trust them to help us. We trust Grease Monkey. It was also nice to see magazines available to read that had articles about the Bill of Rights in the US Constitution. Nice job 👏 Grease Monkey!

Great service, friendly staff, and after requesting an oil change, they checked their records and confirmed I wasn’t due for one. Very impressed with their honesty, thank you!!

Very disappointed in the service I received at this location. I felt that most interactions were very unprofessional. When I first arrived, there was no one around. I parked my car and walked into the office to find an employee. As I looked around, I saw an employee in the office across the bay sitting in a chair with his girl straddling him. He made eye contact with me and eventually come over to see what services I was needing. This girl hung around the entire time and was distracting the employee while he worked. My oil dipstick was somehow broken during the oil change and I had to wait an extra hour until they could replace it. I was given a discount for the extra wait, but once I started driving away I could hear something on the bottom of my car scraping the road. I had to drive back and it turns out the screws were not properly tightened on one of the plates so I had to go back so they could fix it. It’s a good thing it did not break as I drove away. I feel I should’ve received a full refund after my 15 minute oil change ended up taking almost 2 hours out of my day.
