  If I could give 0 stars, I would. Bella did an oil change on my car in February. The check engine light came on after that. I brought it back and he did another oil change. They do not have on record that I ever came for that second one. Seems sketchy. My one star would have to go to Gabe who was very kind when I came in a third time to get their records of my visits, even though he couldn't find the second one. I am out $2,500 for repairs and still need to replace my engine. Don't even bother emailing their customer service email at Full Speed Automotive. When I went to them with this whole issue, they ended up ghosting me. The district manager for this location, Nathan Harward, has zero customer service skills as well. He lied to me and the shops/dealerships I've been working with to repair my car multiple times. He was very rude to me on the phone and wouldn't listen to anything I said. How he is a district manager is beyond me. I will never ever recommend Grease Monkey to anyone ever. *Also, reported them to BBB and they can't get ahold of anyone either. Definitely shows what kind of business they are.

  Emissions test was well done. On checkout the tech asked if I wanted on the spot renewal. I declined. Got home and found I had been charged $10 for on the spot registration renewal. My fault for not checking the receipt when I was there. Called the shop hoping to get a $10 credit put on my card. The tech asked if I could return and he would give me $10 out of his pocket. I appreciate his willingness to make things right but I’m not taking money from a hard working tech’s pocket. Good work done - not so good with the billing.

  I dropped by to have an emissions inspection. There were a lot of people but they were able to fit me in. Despite being extremely busy, the staff kept things moving efficiently and quickly. All the staff were respectful and helpful.

  I felt bad for the manager there, he was training new people and looked overwhelmed. They did a good job. The store looked like a bomb went off in ther, stuff everywhere!

  I completed my emissions and same day tag renewals on my car. They were fast, efficient and knowledgeable, without being pushy or playing hard to over sell. Cleaned my windows, topped off my fluids (all included) in my service. Great experience.
