  no, I haven’t personally gone here yet, but I know people who have. The first one had headphones stolen out of his car and when he confronted employees about it, one of them was giggling in the other was playing dumb. He never got them back. The other one had caught the employees looking through their glove box that contained credit cards. They also mentioned that the employees have white supremacist tattoos, and are racist. I will never be coming here or any of the other locations.

  Fast and courtesy service. The only thing that disappointed me is that fact that they could not do my DMV registration at the same time I got my emission test done. I had to come home and renew my registration online which wasn't a big deal. Just would have been nice to do it at the same time I got the emissions test like I've done the last the last 3 years at Grease Monkey.

  A phenomenal team of employees! After a significant incident at a different location, that could’ve caused massive damage to my engine, they responded to my emergency quickly and professionally making sure my car was taken care of the right way, and that I was safe to drive it. Thank you so so much! Highly recommend this team and this location.

  I seriously cannot say enough good things about this Grease Monkey location. A few days after our oil change, we noticed a leak and mistakenly added more oil, accidentally overfilling it. When we brought it back, they went WAY above and beyond—replaced all the oil, made sure everything was right, and treated us incredibly well. Kaleb was fantastic. He explained everything clearly, was completely honest about what happened, and took responsibility for the mistake. Tyler was equally amazing—friendly, patient, helpful, and genuinely determined to make things right. And I didn’t catch her name, but the girl with the purple hair was THE BEST. So incredibly kind and helpful to us! Mistakes happen. What matters is how a business responds, and these guys absolutely knocked it out of the park. Fast, honest, ridiculously friendly, and exceptional customer service. They more than made up for the problem and turned us into loyal customers. I will absolutely recommend this place to everyone I know!

  Yikes, Grease Monkeys took the we don’t care about customers attitude to a whole new level. We took a vehicle in for an oil change today and when it was time to pay I tapped the credit card and realized I forgot to show them my coupon. I asked if they could cancel it and do it again with the coupon and they said no. Instead of peeling off the old Grease Monkey sticker in the windshield to replace it with the new one they just put an additional sticker in the window so now I have two Grease Monkey stickers. An old sticker and a new sticker. Talk about extremely lazy bad service.
