  The staff here is always friendly, and I appreciate that it’s easy to get in, they’re quick, and the service is generally efficient. Unfortunately, I was pretty frustrated with my most recent visit. I came in for an oil change and specifically mentioned that my tire pressure light was on and asked if they could check and correct the tire pressure. They said absolutely. While I was there, I also agreed to an air filter replacement and engine flush that they recommended. When I got back in my car, though, my oil light hadn’t been reset and my tire pressure light was still on. When I got home, I checked the tire pressure myself and found that both of my front tires were significantly low, so it appears the tire pressure hadn’t been addressed at all. I don’t mind being offered additional services, and I chose to have those services done. But it was disappointing to spend the additional money and then realize that something I specifically asked to have taken care of hadn’t been done. I generally have a good experience with the staff here, so I’m hoping this was just an oversight.

  EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I have used this Grease Monkey location so many times in the past for oil changes, inspections, and registrations. The staff used to be great and honest, but not anymore. Today, my wife took my car in while I was working to get a standard oil change. She asked for their cheapest synthetic option, and the employee explicitly lied to her. He claimed they would need to perform an engine flush if she used that brand, using this scare tactic to upsell her on an extremely expensive oil package instead. Anyone with basic automotive knowledge knows you do not need to flush an engine to switch between oil brands or even when going from conventional to synthetic. Furthermore, they had absolutely no way of knowing what oil was previously in the car, but they fabricated a story to take advantage of her. Our family deals with the extreme financial and emotional stress of raising a medically complex child, and to see a business we trusted shamelessly rip off a stay-at-home mother is disgusting. They have completely lost our business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.
