  Everyone was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. Terrance was a sweetheart and explained some things that needed to be fixed on the car and he was just so sweet. I will be back. Zack and Tristan came out and they both were very personable and just so nice. What a great group of guys. Don't lose them. They are amazing.

  Raised their prices over $50 for full synthetic. I can understand increasing prices somewhat, but over $50 increase is insane! ✌🏼 won’t be back

  I received a coupon in the mail for $15 off an emissions test, which seemed straightforward enough. Unfortunately, when I got to checkout, they refused to honor it and cited some vague “corporate policy.” Here’s a thought, if you’re not going to accept your own coupons, maybe don’t send them out in the first place? I have another vehicle due for emissions, and instead of dealing with the hassle again, I went to Jiffy Lube. Not only did they accept a readily available $12 off coupon online without any issue, but their price was $20 cheaper. Paying $55 for an emissions test here feels excessive, especially when there are more affordable and less frustrating options nearby. Save yourself the time and go somewhere that actually honors their promotions.
