- JHJuliza Hernandez3 days ago2.0I waited around 40/50 mins for my oil change. I was also not asked what oil I’d prefer or given any context about what I was getting done. I pulled into the Bay Area and parked it per instructions and went inside. The only time I was talked to after notifying them I’m there for an oil change was to pay. My bill (and because of my car being an Audi) was around $171 this was after a $15 off coupon. I’m blessed to have had the money for the oil change but I feel it would be better practice to let the customer know what the bill is going to come out too before proceeding on work. I’ve never paid that much for an oil change (I am a first time Audi owner) but drove a Lincoln before this car and always without fail went to Valvoline, had I had any warning that my car was getting a more expensive oil I would’ve paused on the oil change and gotten quotes to compare. I do not think I will be back because of the lack of communication, and also on my paper it states washer fluid was "topped off" but this did not happen as my washer fluid low indication is still on my vehicle, at Valvoline they top off the washer fluid and also fill air in all my tires. I am disappointed at the service I got

I asked to change the tv off the menu, but that couldn’t be done. No more free car washes with oil changes. A number of different services are now recommended but you no longer are offered a discount for adding them.
