Was hit by someone and it totalled my Bronco which their insurance has not been great to work with but Anna at Enterprise for my car rental was fabulous! Actually everyone I spoke with at the South Jordan, UT location was great. I’m grateful Anna was knowledgeable with Utah laws and reiterated to me what I thought was correct. Farmers insurance was trying to stick me in a small car when my car that got totaled was a huge Wildtrak Bronco. Thanks for all your help Anna!

RECIEVED HORRIBLE SERVICE WAS DISCRIMINATED AGAINST BY THE 20 YRS GIRL BLOND HAIR MANAGER IDK NAME. DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A CAR INSURANCE CLAIM FOR YOUR UNDER AGE TEENAGER. I HAVE NEVER BEEN ASKED WHERE I WORK RENTING A CAR? SHE COMES OUT OF DUNGEON REFUSING A RENTAL DUE NOT DISCLOSING WHERE I WORK. HORRIBLE SERVICE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO SERVICE. LITTLE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF YOUNG MANAGER ON POWER TRIP REFUSING A PREPAID CAR RENTAL BY INSURANCE COMPANY. SENDING THIS TO HEADQUARTERS, AS SHE NEEDS A BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. CAME BACK TO THE SHOP TO PICK UP MY SONS CAR THAT INSURANCE COMPANY S CLIENT REAR ENDED.

Don’t believe what you see here. Look at yelp reviews. I used this specific location because they are linked to my collision repair center. When I called to set up a rental, the woman I spoke with tried to upsell me with the same type of car I had. I told her I didn’t need anything more than what Insurance covered. She said Insurance only covered $23 a day and that would put me in a Mitsubishi Mirage. I said that’s fine. They showed up in a Nissan Sentra. I was worried they were gonna charge me extra but the older gentleman who picked me up assured me that it would be the same price and that they did not have any compact cars on their lot. I went over the contract and all of the information with two girls that were at the location. That was at the end of July. I received my American Express statement with an $80 charge from them. I called and spoke with Kaden who I later found out is the general manager. He looked at my invoice and said the contract I signed showed I agreed to an upgrade. I told him the conversation I had but he was not interested in that and he said the contract was binding and he wasn’t going to do anything about it. I did agree to the $45 prepaid gas but not to the extra $30 they charged me for the Nissan Sentra. We argued back-and-forth to the point that I was so frustrated. I was using profanity but not towards him. He said he was ending the call because of my profanity and hung up on me. I called back and spoke with TAYA. She was very hesitant to give me Kaden’s name. But eventually did, she felt very uncomfortable giving me his last name and she ended up hanging up on me as well. I called back. I spoke with Kaden again. I asked if he would send me a copy of my contract to my email. He said because of my profanity, he was ending the call and hung up on me again! I received an invoice via email and called back. I spoke with Kaden. I asked him if he could explain the charges he said “no because of the profanity you used“. I apologized for my profanity and asked him to explain the charges. He did vaguely and sharply. I told him he should be ashamed of himself for the way he runs his business and hung up on him. TAYA said she was afraid she would get in trouble if she told me his last name. What an awful boss to have! He should be ashamed. He’s lost a customer over $30 and doesn’t give two rats about it. I have also contacted the BBB and yelp. I also mailed a letter to corporate headquarters to the president of the company. This guy is a real piece of work and should be ashamed of the way he talks to his customers and the fact that he hung up on me three times and his associate was so scared that she had to hang up on me too tells me everything I need to know about this company. How sad.

I recently rented from this location and dealt with Kaden. I had an issue where I needed to exchange my vehicle and an employee supposedly was going to help me, she took down my info, said she would find a vehicle for me and would notify me when it was ready. By the following day I hadnt heard from her and when I called, nobody knew about my issue so I had to start all over again. When I called I talked to Kaden, even though we got off on the wrong foot, he promptly resolved my issue and got me into a car I liked and I was out of there in 10 minutes. Not only that, he gave me a gave me a free upgrade. The following day I wanted to get into a different vehicle and once again Kaden jumped on it and when I got there he had 3 cars for me chose from and in less then 10 minutes I was out again. This is why this is one of my favorite locations. I would definitely recommend.

I don't often leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt it was worth sharing. I had an emergency need for a rental car and made a same-day reservation through Expedia about four hours before my scheduled 6:00 PM pickup. To be fair, I arrived at 6:03 PM. I understand that late is late, and I accept responsibility for missing the pickup time. However, when the manager came out to speak with us, she explained that even if we had arrived at exactly 6:00 PM, it essentially would not have mattered because their computers automatically shut down at 6:00 PM. That immediately raised the question of how a customer is supposed to successfully pick up a vehicle at the advertised 6:00 PM pickup time. The response was essentially a shrug and the statement that it's a known issue with the system. We then learned that the vehicle we had reserved wasn't available anyway. So, had we come earlier, would have had to either take a different vehicle or come back the next morning at opening time. Neither option worked for our situation. What made the experience more frustrating was that the explanations didn't seem to add up. We were told there hadn't been enough time to get the reserved vehicle to the location in the 4 hours between booking and pickup, but that the 1.5 hours between when employees arrive and business opening was plenty of time to bring vehicles over from the airport. That left us confused about what a reasonable expectations should be as far as getting the type of car that we ordered. The conversation ultimately shifted toward the fact that we had booked through Expedia, and it was suggested that booking directly with Enterprise would have resulted in a better experience. While that may be true, customers shouldn't be expected to understand the limitations of a company's third-party booking partnerships. If a reservation can be made through a platform that Enterprise chooses to work with, customers should reasonably be able to trust the information they are given. The manager wasn't rude, but the interaction felt dismissive and somewhat condescending. Rather than feeling like someone was trying to help solve the problem, I felt like I was being given reasons why nothing could be done. The overall message seemed to be: the reservation couldn't be honored, the vehicle wasn't available, and somehow the chosen booking method was part of the problem. I fully recognize that arriving three minutes late contributed to the situation. What disappointed me was not the policy itself, but the lack of ownership, the conflicting explanations, and the feeling that helping the customer was secondary to explaining why the customer was wrong. Unfortunately, it's not an experience that would make me want to rent from this location again.
