- MNM NApr 18, 20261.0Reserved a car in advance, but waited for over 1 HOUR to actually get the car because there was only one staff and customers kept coming in!!!!! I have been to many rental car places and using enterprise at many locations. I have never experienced such a long wait. This resulted us having to change our schedule for the day. Also, they started cleaning a car after we checked in. Poor management and actually felt bad for the staff as many customers were frustrated with the long wait.
