  To be a big company, they have no control over important things, I lost a camping chair that I left inside the car, I delivered it and now they tell me it's not there I'm sorry and they didn't give it importance, I definitely don't recommend them they kept something that was mine and they didn't make the slightest attempt to help me see what happened because surely someone from enterprise stayed with it

  Oil light came on 1 day out. Called the location, mentioned the issue and asked about accommodation; didn't receive any. However, nice and friendly staff and the rental initiation process was professional.

  This Enterprise location in South Jordan often doesn’t have the size of car you reserved (just like the Seinfeld episode). They often give you the car with less than a full tank of gas, making it hard to return it without paying more one way or the other. Return the car with less gas and you pay their higher rate. Return the car with more gas and they get free fuel. You plan and pay for satellite radio but it’s an afterthought on their end and they often have to scramble to try to fulfill this request.

  I would give this zero stars if that were an option. Rented a luxury car and was given an Audi Q3 that did not have a single option and still required a key in the ignition. Definitely not a luxury car! I was charged more for this car ($60/day) than I would have paid for a Chevy Equinox ($42.50/day) or something in a lower class that would have been way nicer. While I had the car I even had to get the oil topped off due to warning lights constantly coming up. When I got the bill I called to speak to the manager (Caden) to see if there was any opportunity to be charged at a lower rate or if there was anything that could be done, he hid behind the original contract that I signed before I knew the quality of the car I was given. I WOULD NEVER RENT FROM THE SOUTH JORDAN LOCATION OF ENTERPRISE AGAIN!!! Update - I just rented from the Sandy location and had a great experience. Rented a Chevy Equinox for $42.50/day. Way nicer than the Audi Q3 for which I was charged $60/day in South Jordan. Still no outreach from the South Jordan location even though I was told I would hear from their District Manager. Not a good experience in South Jordan and no outreach to make it right!
