  Overall, just not a good experience. This is a small pilot with only three fuel lanes. Almost all of the parking is prime parking except maybe 10 spots. Does not saying a lot since there’s very little parking in general. I understand pilot cannot do anything about the amount of people coming into their store, but for this being such a small pilot, the store was pretty disarrayed. There was nobody in line for showers and yet they were all dirty. Older lady walked by and seen us waiting and said when her maintenance staff would be back shortly and to be fair when he did get off his break he did a fabulous job. I just feel like they should have been better prepared when I’ve seen other pilots staff appropriately. The cashier did an amazing job with the amount of people that he had backed up and he was running to registers by himself trying to get people moved through the lines while there was a redhead worker standing around talking to what I would assume was her family and not working. If she was on break, then she should have been and a designated break area or outside, not giving the illusion that she was supposed to be helping him. Our experience was with the Night Shift so I cannot speak for the rest of the staff or how pilot is operating during the day if you stop just don’t have high expectations if you’re stopping overnight. When we were leaving the next morning, they were receiving Truck So of course, they were overstaffed.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ The men's restroom is disgusting. Heavily soiled bowls, accompanied by an intense stench that filled the restroom. The sinks, faucets, countertops, and paper towel dispensers were covered in layers of grime and residue that looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned in weeks, if not months. This wasn't the result of a busy hour it was obvious this restroom has been neglected for an extended period. A restroom in this condition also raises legitimate concerns about exposure to airborne pathogens and bacteria, particularly when human waste is left exposed and toilets are continually flushed in an unsanitary environment. No customer especially the professional truck drivers and travelers who rely on this location every day should be expected to use facilities in these conditions. This is a travel center that serves thousands of people every week. There is absolutely no excuse for allowing restrooms to deteriorate to this level. Basic sanitation is not optional it's the minimum standard for protecting public health. Management should be embarrassed. Allowing a restroom to reach this level of filth is unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for customer health and safety. Until this location takes cleanliness seriously, I strongly recommend stopping somewhere else if you value basic hygiene.

  No vehicle manufacturer reccomends 85 ocate fuel, yet their readerboard tgat you see from the highway indicates their fuel is $4.19. When you get to the pump and select the lowest octane that any manufacturer specifies (87) it is $4.79 a gallon. Absolutely not acceptable.

  This truck stop is in desperate need of a major renovation. The store is extremely small—honestly smaller than many homes—and only has three showers, which creates long wait times for drivers. There are also only three diesel pumps, and the fuel line regularly backs up into the street and toward the highway, wasting valuable on-duty hours while drivers wait to fuel. What makes this even more frustrating is that the property sits on a large amount of land, yet the parking lot remains very small and the facility hasn’t been expanded to meet demand. For a location that serves commercial drivers, the current setup is inefficient and outdated. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend stopping here until significant improvements are made.
