  I just knew when I pulled in today in the drive-through that was gonna get the worst order ever when the guy that has the cheek stud came to the window because it wasn't the usual guy that's working in the afternoon during the week. I knew when he was on the phone just chit-chatting to somebody that it was going to be the worst order ever, but I had somebody with me and they were telling me to just give it a chance , and now after just giving it a chance and saying that I was willing to wait for fresh chicken strips, and being told that these were fresh and right out of the oil, that when I took a bite of the barely lukewarm chicken strips that I was going to be having a rough night. And even from only one bite of chicken strips of course I'm now sitting on the toilet ridiculously sick. Thank you you guys have lost another customer because I am so sick of how inconsistent and dishonest you all are. It's not that hard to put chicken strips down, it's not that hard to throw out food when it's past the time to legally sell it. It's not that hard to be honest with the food that you're selling, I understand that it's a gas station and maybe it's not the most glamorous job and maybe you don't want to be there, and I've worked at gas stations before, I know that sometimes it's difficult work, but I have plenty of friends that have worked at this Sinclair to know that it's actually pretty good work and pretty low stress. What the problem is is that you guys keep hiring people that have no motivation to even do a mediocre job except for like two people that work in the early afternoon. There's a lady and kind of a soft-spoken bearded guy with brown eyes that I don't know his name but both of them will go above and beyond to make sure that I get the order that I want to the Quality that I want and any other time I know that I'm going to be served something that I wouldn't even feed to a dog because it would probably kill it. You guys for the love need to figure out your crap because poisoning somebody is not okay.

  The sign said to call ahead to save time. I called at 2:15 and placed an order which included a scone. He said it would be ready in 15 minutes. At 2:30, no one knew anything about my order. A woman then wrote down my order. She came back and said they don't have scones. I ordered some pizza sticks instead and asked why the man on the phone didn't tell me they were out of scones. They didn't know. I waited and waited. Finally about 2:55, another woman asked if I received my order yet. I hadn't. She asked again for my order. She apologized. I finally got it and paid full price, no discount for this order or anything off a future order. The chicken was delicious. This was my first time here. I'm not sure if I'm coming back.

  I really love this gas station, not only is it well organized but it also has freshly made food. Also the bathrooms are very fancy, I was very amazed.
