These guys were all very professional and efficient. Their add on sales pitch was low pressure and helpful.

I love the new store in Smithfield. They took care of everything I needed. They showed me everything and made sure everything was secure. A big shout out to those guys. Thanks Jiffy Lube for all your services you have.

I just came in for an emissions test (which they completed expeditiously 😁), and they let me know about free rock chip repairs under certain insurance coverage (which I had). I opted for it, and Tristan had it done quickly and neatly. I should have grabbed a before and after, because it’s loads better. It was previously pretty perturbing to peer past, but now the network of nicks is not as noticeable.

I went here with a 50% off oil change coupon. I was able to stay in my car with my kids while they did the quickest oil change I’ve ever experienced (seemed almost too quick). Then they came and told me that my break fluid was so black and gross it looked like “tar” and I could get it flushed for $135 dollars. I paid for my oil change and went down the road to a different mechanic shop for a second opinion. The second mechanic pulled some break fluid out and put it on a white tray for me to see. It was the last thing from “tar” it was translucent, and very fluid. He said he had two other customers come frantically looking for a break fluid change after being told the same wording from the same Smithfield Jiffy Lube location in this past week as the store has opened. Unfortunately the dishonestly I experienced at Jiffy Lube is disappointing and I have lost trust. Won’t be returning, despite the convenience and speed of my oil change service.
