They were friendly efficient and they went above and beyond by making sure my car was working well. Answered all my questions & were on top of things. I got in right when they opened and there was no line at all!

My fiance just took her car there to get an oil change and she had two coupons, one was 50% off and the other was for $25 off. They told her that neither of the coupons would work when they were from the Valvoline website and they also told her that she need full synthetic on a 2013 Chevy Equinox with the 3.6L V6. She ended up paying $111 for an oil change and they also tried to upsale her on an air cabin filter which would have ended up costing her over $150 for what was supposed to be AT MOST a $75 oil change. I tried to call into the store to talk to someone and it’s an automated service that doesn’t even let you talk to anyone. I won’t ever take any vehicle I own to them again and I am going to definitely be filing a complaint through their regional manager

We just moved to Utah from Texas, where we loved Take 5 Oil Change. I was sad to leave them but going to Valvoline was just as great as Take 5!! I really like being able to stay in my car. The techs were friendly and professional. I really like that they talk to eachother and echo what was heard. Keep up the great work.

I was disappointed to learn that this location performs oil changes using a vacuum extraction system rather than removing the drain plug. While this method may be acceptable for some vehicles, its effectiveness depends heavily on the engine design. In certain applications, vacuum extraction may not remove as much used oil as a traditional drain-and-fill service, which can leave customers questioning whether they received the most complete oil change possible. I would also recommend that customers mark their oil filter before service or ask to see the old filter after removal to verify that it was actually replaced. This is a simple step that can provide peace of mind and ensure the work was completed as expected. My larger concern is the overall service process. Quick-lube shops focus on speed and convenience, but that can sometimes come at the expense of thoroughness. For a similar price, many dealerships and reputable independent shops will perform a traditional oil change, inspect the vehicle more carefully, and provide documentation of the work performed. If convenience is your top priority, this service may meet your needs. However, if you want the highest level of confidence that all of the old oil was removed and the service was completed according to the manufacturer’s recommendations, I would suggest comparing prices with your dealership or a trusted independent mechanic before making a decision.

Went in for a regular oil change- as soon as I get home I start smelling smoke but think nothing of it. I go drive my car and smoke is coming out of my car everywhere, I thought my car was going to catch on fire. I immediately go back to get this looked at and they let one of my weather strip fall down which made it start burning off. One of the workers said it in his own words, “glad you brought it in because this was almost catching on fire, could’ve turned really bad” when I asked them to either replace the stripping or give me a refund for the oil change he called the manager, Kevyn, who was extremely rude and said it was not their fault. They would not compensate me in any way even after admitting fault. I’ll never be returning to this company ever again. Terrible customer service experience and management.
