One of the employees offered to take my floor covers to the cleaner and returned them when they were done. (The floor mat cleaner is one of the main reasons I go to Tommy's) They also had Italian sodas-hello? They offered a discount without requiring a credit card on file. Otherwise it's on par with most other car washes in the area. PLEASE NOTE that I'm not a major car person and get the lowest tier service, so if you truly care about your car, perhaps give more weight to other reviews. I'm usually a Quick Quack girl but could be convinced to switch...
