  I rolled my eyes when we were getting another carwash in Saratoga Springs but I have totally eaten my words haha I love this place! The free mat washers are such a game changer and employees like Reddeck go above and beyond to even power wash your mats if they don’t come out clean enough. 10/10

  Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had. Land was super easy to work with and you can tell he actually cares about what he’s doing. Everything was handled really professionally, communication was great the whole time, and the attention to detail seriously stood out to me. The final result turned out even better than I expected and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. It’s hard to find people that are reliable and actually put effort into their work, but Land definitely does. I’d 100% recommend him to anyone.

  Ruined my cars paint. Like how is it this bad? Then they come running out the office claiming they just watch you go through and the damage was already there? Uhhh no it was not. That’s a huge scratch you can see even if it was dirty. Rude people, terrible place

  This car wash scratched the hell out of my vehicle. There’s a little swirls and scratch marks everywhere on the side the trunk and the hood. I’ve never had this happen at any other car wash in the last 10 years Tommy Express sucks and their staff is very rude

  AVOID. DO NOT GO HERE. IT WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR. I went through with my brand new car 2026 just pulled off the lot a couple days ago. Treating this car like my baby. I notice anything and everything and I work from home. I washed my car having a good day and I go to dry it from the wash and it’s completely scratched badly and deep. See pics. This is not normal and obviously doesn’t happened normally I’ve been through many times. But this time it ruined my car and i told them. he was calling me a liar immediately before he even looked at the damage or talked about it. He was screaming Rock chip and Making me feel weird with my wife and family there. Just ridiculous how they handled it and how they talked to us. Totally unprofessional and I will be making a claim and complaint about them. I was sad about the damage. It’s no one’s fault. Just do the right thing and get it fixed the way it’s suppose to.
