  My car didn't get clean going through at all, the dryers didn't work and the vaccumes were aweful. Freddys car wash washes much better, they have employees who wipe your car dry afterwards and you get a free air freshener plus their vacuumes are far superior.

  Really enjoyed the wash experience. The drive on conveyor belt without needing a worker was so slick. Car came out clean and looked great. I also really like that each stall has their own vacuum switch and that they have both molded and carpet mat cleaners. The workers were very nice as well. The only thing I wish was that there were more towels and that they had some sort of spray next to the towels.

  No soy persona de hacer esto pero es muy frustrante la situación soy cliente de aquí desde que se abrió. La primera vez llevé mi BMW la máquina de limpiar las llantas me dañó la válvula los llamé para decirles me dijeron que no podían responder que sus cámaras mostraron que la llanta ingresó ponchada cosa que me pareció una falta de respeto no podrías llegar allí con una llanta ponchada sería imposible decidí regresar cuando me acerque hasta la máquina daña llantas encontré la válvula de mi auto justo hay. No tuvieron más q decir y la repararon. Nuevamente regresé con mi Tesla con llantas y rines totalmente nuevos recién puestos esta máquina daña llantas me rayo los 4 rines nuevos de mi auto les mencioné lo q había pasado una chica muy amable me ayudó hacer un reclamo en 24 horas recibí una llamada para decirme que eso no había sucedido allí la misma versión que la primera vez solo lavarse las manos para no responder por un daño ocasionado en su negocio me éntrese me dijeron q me llamarían el viernes ya han pasado 20 días y aún estoy esperando una llamada de respuesta. Me parece una total falta de respeto para un cliente que le digan q el daño del auto no fue allí dañar los 4 rines nuevos es una pérdida total dejaré fotos de ambos autos Nunca más volvería aquí en algún momento recomendé varias personas y hoy me arrepiento Si no quieres dañar tu auto no se acerques aquí

  I've been going to Tommy's for several months using one of their wash packages and it is been great. The facility is always nice and clean the staff is always really nice when we do interact. My car comes out really clean and scratch free. I only have to do a little bit of touch up with some towels to get the water residue off the blowers miss. The vacuums do a good job however they could be a little more powerful. Overall my experience with this location is fantastic.
