  Been coming to this car wash for the last 2 years! We have a membership and come weekly. I have 2 kids and even though I don’t allow food in my car some how it still get filthy. The vacuums here always work & they have towels that are slightly wet (which I love). And it’s always maintained nicely!

  Aria Wright is such a great employee here at Quick Quack! Will be getting my wash here as much as I can. Oh and so is that Brayden Jakins guy and their manager Michael Thorne! Great Place

  Shoutout to Mike at Quick Quack Car Wash—certified legend. I went in expecting a basic car wash and somehow left with answers to all my questions, money still in my pocket, and the feeling that someone actually cared (rare these days 😂). Mike didn’t just help me out—he was like, “how can we be even better?” Sir… you’re already out here overachieving at a car wash. If your car is dirty and your faith in customer service needs a little restoration, go see Mike. 10/10, would get my car squeaky clean and my day slightly improved again.

  We have the two car membership and I love it so much! I used to just pay as I went but I realized that with kids, and unpredictable weather, this gives us more flexibility. The staff is always amazing too. I love that they’re willing to draw cute pictures on the windows for the kids. Saratoga springs is my favorite quick quack location!

  We signed up for the service and used it a bit and have been happy. It is difficult to cancel the membership and when we forgot and realized that we had been charged for multiple months during which we never used the service we called customer service to see if they could refund the months where we never used the service we were informed that they will only refund 1 month 1 time as a curtesy. So it seems that the business model is set up so that people sign up and then if they forget to cancel they will continue to pay and will never get their money back. We had to call back again before they were willing to refund the money. We don't plan on using a service that is set up this way. We are happy to pay for services rendered but don't want to pay month after month for no services rendered when it is so hard to cancel.
