  The people and service here is top notch. They went above and beyond for us and all the other customers that were there at the same time we were. I more than highly recommend the Saratoga Springs Enterprise!!

  Worst experience I’ve ever had with a rental company. After being in a car accident, our insurance arranged a rental for us with Enterprise in Saratoga Springs. We called ahead and were assured a vehicle would be ready for us the next day by 4 PM. When we called, we were told there was no reservation at all. This same issue continued for four days straight, each day we were promised a vehicle, and each day we were turned away with no solution. To make matters worse, when we spoke with Andrea (who had left us multiple messages), she laughed at us and was incredibly condescending and rude. It was shocking and completely unprofessional. My husband reached out to corporate and never received a response. Our insurance company was equally appalled by how we were treated and told us someone from Enterprise would contact us, we never heard from anyone. I work in customer service, and this level of disregard, poor communication, and lack of accountability is unacceptable. This location is a complete joke. I would not recommend it to anyone.

  I have rented from these guys 3 times and everything there is an issue. Honestly go somewhere else. I could be the paragraph guy but let's just say this. I have never received the class of car I rented. It has always been a downgrade. Not to mention the wait time.

  Staff is great here and the cars are always well kept. They are super close and have great pricing.
