  I have never had bad service here. They are thorough, professional, and personable. All of the technicians and managers are the best I’ve ever worked with! During my latest visit, the manager helped me get checked in and talked to me through the whole process. I seriously cant recommend these guys enough!! 5 starts every time.

  Took my 2008 Chevy Tahoe in for the first time since purchase, Ryan and Zane were the technicians that worked on my vehicle. Notified me of my dirty air cabin filter how much oil quarts were filled, checked my lights and also my battery to test positively charged. After I left, I forgot their names so I actually called in just now to verify that they were the two technicians, Alex over the phone assurance me. I appreciate all three of you gentlemen and I look forward to the next oil change when I go in. Thank you and have a good day! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Listen, this place is usually might go to. I love getting my oil change there. Everybody is super friendly. and they usually get me out really fast. Today was a complete disappointment. I went to get my emissions testing done and get my sticker. I had already paid the fees online, And I usually just pay them $10 to get the sticker after I pass my emission test. Today a guy I had never seen before came up to me and I could tell right away by his demeanor that he was annoyed. he told me that absolutely could not get stickers from them. And that they’ve never done that. Even though I’ve done it every year, so unfortunately I am sad and moving onto Jiffy Lube up the street.

  Not terrible but the one in Orem was beyond better. I think they sent my standards so high. My tire pressure light came on when I had left. I figured maybe the light had to do something with the oil change so ignored it but now after googling, I realize that they probably let out air when they were checking the pressure lol The guy also scanned my coupon and then 2 minutes later asked if I had a coupon. Then, when I looked at the charge after the fact, and of course I didn’t get a receipt, I realize he didn’t even use the coupon. 🙄 Bedside manner was also questionable. One of the workers did something and then his colleague replied “Oh I wouldn’t do that because my friend got fired for that.” which isn’t something you wanna hear from the people working on your car Then he said they got oil on my plate or something underneath my car so then they had to clean it I left just feeling like my car got damaged or something just for a moments later that tire pressure light to come on and now I’m gonna have to go back to get them refilled or whatever which I don’t even know if they do that there, but I’m gonna try because it’s their fault obviously🫠 I’m probably gonna go to a different location honestly bc this felt like the B team The irony is the girl worker said wow you take a really good care of your car ! when I pulled up.

  Everyone here was so friendly! They walked me though and made this so easy for me which is so nice since anything car related stresses me out. Ryan is a great assistant store manager! Told me exactly what the checked and exactly what I was paying for and made sure I was taken care of and didn’t have any questions. Valvoline just earned a lifetime customer!
