The technician shattered the windshield during the repair and denied responsibility then to up-sale us a brand new windshield replacement (sounds like a scam). When we asked questions, he became impatient, rude, and dismissive and telling us to take it up with Safelite. I've had multiple rock chip repairs before—including larger damage—and never experienced anything like this.
