  I had a great experience at this location. I arrived way early for my appointment and they still got my vehicle inside so I didn’t have to wait. The technician was great and super quick with the installation. As of right now, I have had any issues with the windshield leaking or cracking!

  Not satisfied at all my windshield wipers are stuck they are on the up mode they will not go back down unless I turn car off they are not working properly I cannot get a hold of anyone to fix it I’m really unsatisfied

  Beware booking online!!! If I could do a separate rating for the tech, I would give him 5 stars. GREAT JOB, JORGE! As for the company’s integrity and the booking process, I give that less than one star. When I booked the windshield replacement, the pay on your own price was quoted as between $550 and $600 for the premium service which included new windshield wipers and some rain repellent. Seeing as I have a $500 deductible, I switched to insurance. The final price wasn’t given because they needed to confirm my deductible. Seeing as every single other time I have used car insurance to pay for a repair on my vehicle, I pay for the deductible and that is it, I was expecting that to be that. I get that the wipers and rain repellent were “extra” above the repair. However, I would assume that the total charge would be AT MOST the same as the pay on your own price. By the time the tech completed the work, I had received the final bill in an email. It was for more than I was quoted for the pay your own price AND it did not include the rain repellent. There might have been some fine print in the process. However, charging more for less when insurance is involved seems like fraud to me. If not, it is a least unethical. I used to have a very positive view of Safelite. However, as it stands, I am pretty sure I will go somewhere else in the future.
