  Had a bad chip in my windshield and they were kind and knowledgeable from start to finish. Fixed it fast and I'm grateful they took such great care of my telluride. Thank you!

  Installer was very professional. Your booking web site is the worst unless your an IT person. May go to another glass shop because of it next time.

  Wish we could give 0-stars. Waited for 6 hours the first day they said they would arrive to replace our windshield and never heard anything until we called them. 3 days later they called after waiting for about an hour to let us know they couldn't do it today. We keep getting strung along and the customer service is terrible. They do not value your time at all. Looks like Precision Auto Glass would be a much better choice!!

  Service was fast, but later when I went to drive my vehicle neither of my key pods would work. With one of them being my spare with a new battery. I googled it to see if it could be related to getting my windshield replaced and it said yes. I text the guy that repaired it and he assured me he'd never heard of something like that happening and that since I didn't give him the keys that he didn't know if they'd worked or not so he couldn't help me. We tried calling satellite with no luck of getting anyone to answer at all. My husband then looked at the rear view mirror closer removed it and right there was a wire plug that hadn't been plugged in. This was a huge inconvenience being I had taken it over to get an alignment and couldn't lock my door's. I was also heading out the next day on a trip and this took up quit a bit of my time and caused a hassle with everything that needed to be done at the time. We texted a picture back to the guy that did our service with the plug just hanging there not plugged in. He never responded, however if satellite would've had a way to talk to them it would've also sped up the process. I don't think they're a good company to go with.

  David with Safelite came to my house and replaced my windshield in my garage. He was on time, communicated well and was very thorough. I’d have him replace my next windshield for sure.
