  A 2nd rock chip appeared in my windshield the morning after I got another rock chip repaired. I was hung up on 3 times when trying to schedule repair of the 2nd rock chip and after 30 minutes went through State Farm to get the 2nd rock chip appointment scheduled. When I got to Safelite they informed me that the 2nd rock chip already had resin in it and they had identified the chip and filled it without my consent during my prior appointment. Their warranty does not cover subsequent cracking and they are unable to drill to relieve the pressure of the spreading crack and told me to go to one of their nearby competitors.

  While the technician, Hayden did a thorough and professional job, Safelite gave my number to spam callers. In a roughly 2-week period since I made my appointment online, I’ve received over 120 spam calls. Maybe making the appointment over the phone would be better??

  Matt was super friendly and did a great job with my windshield replacement. He also replaced my windshield wipers. The service was very fast and the communication throughout was great. Thank you, Matt!

  Matt did a great job. Very professional. Made me aware of his time and was very kind and put on new windshield wipers. It was nice and convenient having him come to our home to change out our windshield. I would highly recommend this company.

  I would give 5 stars as the staff were excellent however I paid for a windshield replacement, rainx treatment and wiper blade replacement. Upon picking my vehicle up and driving home the windshield look great but after inspecting the wipers I am not sure they got replaced at all, makes me wonder about the rainx treatment as well.
