  Their wash has left scratches on my vehicle. There are always hard water spots that do not get removed during the wash. I canceled my membership and went to Shiny Shell, which offers more amenities and doesn't leave scratches.

  UPDATE -RESPONSE TO QUICK QUACK BUSNESS MANAGER- Let's be completely clear: I am not updating this review because I need a single thing from Quick Quack. This situation only cost me a $50 deductible. I am posting this response purely to expose your dishonest corporate tactics to my neighbors and community members. This response is simply a canned corporate script used to deflect negative feedback, but the local community can see through the templates—hopefully its not their vehicle that becomes your next piece of 'pre-existing' damage. 🚨 WARNING: CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP IMMEDIATELY BEFORE YOU ARE THEIR NEXT VICTIM! 🚨 If you value your vehicle, stay far away from this Quick Quack location. On Monday , their high-pressure dryers (recently replaced according to an employee onsite) completely shattered and blew out the 3rd-row sunroof on my BMW X7, while my two toddlers were in the back seat. Quick Quack offered NOTHING but a lie and coverup! When I immediately went to management, the on-site employee looked at the damage and literally said, "Wow, this is the second time in two weeks this has happened, I was told its because we got a new dryer." That’s where the corporate scam began. The local manager, Ethan, and his boss, Spencer, went into full cover-up mode. Ethan completely ducked his promised follow-up calls to me. When they finally responded, they officially DENIED my corporate claim (Incident #IAD0023140) using a completely bogus, edited-looking picture of the aftermath, trying to claim my sunroof had a "pre-existing hole." It was a flat-out lie to evade liability. When confronted about what their own employee admitted on the scene regarding the faulty new machinery, Ethan claimed he "could not disclose" information regarding whether the dryer had been recently replaced. They know their equipment is actively destroying customer property, yet they continue to recklessly run vehicles through it. The total dealership estimate to fix the sunroof is $6,200. I am incredibly lucky that I have a low $50 glass deductible, so my insurance company is paying the dealership. Quick Quack gets to hide behind their lies and mistreatment of customers. If you do not have a $50 deductible, a malfunctioning machine at this wash could cost you thousands of dollars out of pocket while Ethan and Spencer cook up fake stories to protect their corporate office. CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP RIGHT NOW BEFORE IT IS YOUR CAR. They do not care about you or your property. First picture is the one provided to me claiming I apparently had a hole in my sunroof, only one that would be provided ... What happened to taking care of your customer?????? DEFINITLY NOT WHAT QUICK QUACK CARES ABOUT !!

  I've been a Quick Quack customer for 5 years on the $60/month unlimited plan. Last week, the brushes scratched my 5 month old Lincoln Navigator, a $100K vehicle. Here's how it played out. I reported the damage immediately and opened a case onsite. Despite that, customer service required multiple follow-ups before anyone responded. I was then asked to return in person to show the manager, take additional photos, and walk through the damage again... time I shouldn't have had to spend after already documenting everything at the time of incident. The manager, Ethan, walked me through a series of explanations that didn't hold up: 1. He claimed the scratches on the plastic door trim would also appear on the glass if the brushes caused them. That ignores basic material hardness, glass is significantly harder than painted plastic trim, so the absence of glass scratches proves nothing. 2. He pointed to a small scratch on the paint above the mirror as proof the brushes couldn't have caused the damage, since the brush 'bumps out' around the mirror. I've used this wash for years and always fold my mirrors in, the brush does bump out, but it still makes contact with the vehicle in that area. 3. Finally, he said that because their entry/exit video doesn't show visible damage, they can't process the claim, even though their own incident report documented the damage with photos taken on-site that day. The pattern was clear: Ethan was working to protect the franchise, not to make a long-term customer whole. The arguments weren't just wrong, they were the kind of arguments you make when you've already decided the answer is no. Five years of monthly payments, an incident reported immediately with on-site photo documentation, and Quick Quack's position is that they won't do anything to make it right. If you drive anything you care about, wash it somewhere else.
