  It’s refreshing to find an honest repair shop, especially when you’re from out of town. I brought my vehicle in for what I thought were minor repairs, but the inspection uncovered several additional issues I wasn’t aware of. The team was upfront and transparent about everything, which gave me the information I needed to make the best decision for my situation. I really appreciated that they gave honest advice, even when it wasn’t necessarily the most profitable option for them. If you’re looking for trustworthy service and people who genuinely care about helping their customers, I’d definitely recommend this shop!

  These guys are great. They aren’t looking to rip you off; they just want to get your vehicle safely back on the road. They do a full evaluation and clearly break down what needs immediate attention, what they recommend for safety and mechanical health, and what you can safely kick down the road for later. You can tell they genuinely want to help. They also perform a strict quality assurance check on their own work before handing the keys back. Dealerships could honestly learn a thing or two about how to run a service shop from these guys.

  Had a few things we knew needed to be fixed so we knew it wouldn't be cheap, but McNeill's was very upfront and honest about everything including the inspections they would offer and the time they expected it would take to repair everything. We appreciate them sending us a list of recommended repairs and also talking us through each of them, and allowing us to decide which to accept. They were friendly and professional the entire time. We are confident in the quality work they performed.

  I was worried as to why my check engine light is on and had a strange noise coming from it as well and they were able to get me in and find everything out. Staff was wonderful and knew exactly what they were doing. They explained in great detail about everything that should be done. I personally will go to mcneils for anything I need. If you want to get a genuine diagnostic and perfect repairs, you come here. Ain’t no other place like it!

  These guys were great. Had a misfire and couldn’t drive home from work back down to Utah county. They have a very confident drop off and pick up situation for after hours which was great. Their service coordinators Erica and Josh did a fantastic job. They were also very fast and had the car ready after just one day in the shop. If I lived in the sandy area I would definitely take my vehicles here for anything! Labor was a tad expensive, but that’s going to be the case with most shops these days, and these are local folks.
