  Great fast quick service. There are always coupons available either on their website or if you sign up for their newsletter you can get coupons via email. Highly recommend going here as they are knowledgeable and professional. Five thumbs up

  Mark and his team were awesome! They were incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything in a way I could actually understand. I really appreciated that they educated me on what my car needed, gave me helpful recommendations, and never made me feel pressured to do every service right away. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and somehow actually made getting my car serviced FUN! 😂 I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend Mark and his team!

  They forgot to put a crush washer back on which made my car leak oil. When I went back in to get it resolved, they reported to car facts that my car leaks oil! (Which they caused) In addition to incompetent service, their prices are high. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place

  I was a bit shocked with the price. There is no pricing disclosure whether posted in the lobby/waiting area or from personnel until cashing out. When I mentioned the pricing seemed high the young lady was condescending and dismissive. I told her she was being rather dismissive and she replied had only worked there for a week. On my part, I had left my phone at home so could not google oil pricing. I also did not have my digital coupon. I have been frequenting this location for 20 years. Steve with beard and Karrie not sure spelling took care of my son and I for years. My son has been doing my oil changes for the last few years. During Covid, we all kept a 2004 Honda Pilot alive until last year. I’ve lost track of pricing. My son 29 has recently passed away. I bought a 2024 four Runner last year. I have wanted to use the best oil. My last couple oil changes I don’t remember what they were or if I had a coupon it may have discounted it. I know I also had additional filters I paid for. I simply was asking for pricing … I asked to speak with the manager I believe his name is Mark. I’ve tried to block it out in my head. His explanation was by going step by step through the invoice aggressively … I mentioned to him I’m a printer and I understand fuel prices went up in June and it has affected many industries. My concern was more that I didn’t have pricing disclosed. Perhaps if I had had my phone I could’ve looked up my coupon or looked up my last transaction in my banking notes. I took accountability for that mentioned I had left my phone so I did not have that data … Also noted I wasn’t an idiot because he talked to me like a condescending man. He mentioned he wasn’t an idiot either. I could tell he wasn’t connecting the dots. My efforts to educate in sales of how to sell the product and have that information readily available to the customer or at least be able to sell those service services and the pricing per unit, for instance, of the oil. He continued to talk over me while his employees all young boys watched. Drama is not my style … his eyes seemed escalate an emotion that I felt uncomfortable and unsafe. I informed him I need to leave and got my car. He kept trying to give me money off my invoice that’s not what I was there for … Maybe replace my coupon if things have gone in a normal manner that I left my phone at home or have me bring it back, but I wasn’t looking for a freebie. I simply was coming from a place of learning and growth. The responses that I received were not of kindness. I felt that the price was pretty high to not have disclosed the pricing to me before or at least educating me on the price per unit of oil and how many I need and what’s the best oil. I think there’s a young gentleman that has helped me previously … Once I processed. Before I got my car, I expressed to the manager that my son had passed away and he had done our oil changes the last few years so it was challenging even difficult for me to come and get my oil change. Grief affects you in many different ways. While they were servicing my car, I had walked over to Home Depot to the garden center to look at the plants to regulate grief. I digress he remained at the window of my car as I was trying to leave I had mentioned to him, but I was going to give my feedback to corporate on pricing that there should be some structure prior to purchase … more importantly, their behavior. He continued to stand up my car as I was pulling out. He acted like he was speaking to someone on the phone and then yelled at me to do him a favor and not come back. I am a sales person. I’m not 20 years old. I’m also not perfect. I understand I drive a vehicle that has the need for a certain type of oil and how much it needs and what the costs are going to the facility, but it was after the fact. Again, having my phone may have helped me look up my previous transactions. My expectation was paying $100 ish When I was told $180 it took me back. Sales and service to guide me through not to be aggressive make me feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

  2 stars because they did the job I asked otherwise would be 1 star for their service! All I asked for was emissions and and oil change. Instead they removed my air filters to tell me they needed replacing. After declining they couldn’t be bother to reinstall the air box cover correctly and left the glove box damper on my floor boards for a service not even requested. They stated my battery was bad and needed to be replaced. It’s working just fine and they told that to everyone in the lobby. I declined them doing the registration because it’s cheaper and easier online. They stated the state has a 4 month backlog on stickers yet I got mine the next week with no issues… Stop lying and upselling to customers that don’t need it, until then I recommend to anyone go somewhere else it can’t be any worse.
