    I don't normally leave reviews like this, but I feel like I have to. They do not know how to treat expensive or even semi-expensive cars. I used to have an old Ford fiesta that they did great with. Then, about a month ago, I took my dad's audi in because the light came on for an oil change. It worked well until about a month ago, when my dad noticed the oil was leaking. He checked the oil level and not only was WAY over what it should have been, the cap for the oil was cracked. We took the car to a different auto repair shop, and they fixed everything for LESS THAN HALF what I paid here. I will probably never come back.

    Always upselling. Told me something would “only take me 5min” then charged 65+tax for it. Told me my air filter was damaged and I looked at it and didn’t see what he was talking about.

    Mark is always wonderful!! They take amazing care of my car and only do exactly what needs to be done, I never feel pressured here. I definitely will keep bringing my car back because mark walked me through everything so I understood.

    Went in a couple days ago for a simple oil change and Waylon was helping me at first super friendly and nice asked if I’d be interested in a couple things told him no thank you he was just super nice then when he left to go back to working on the car mark the manager started yelling at him and mark came storming in to talk to me about the same stuff Waylon did I kindly told mark that I did not want anything else and he told me if I didn’t replace my battery my car wasn’t gonna start and be able to leave the shop will not be returning until he is fired !!!!
