  These guys took care of me and brought a bunch of issues to my attention. They had me in and out within 25 minutes. They’re excellent and will continue to have my business.

  Can I give zero stars? I had a couple of snapped lug bolts that needed to be replaced. Should be a simple enough repair, I even brought in my own bolts from o'reileys upon request. Well, the dude I spoke to told me very vagely that I needed to supply washers and an open capped nut, and when I asked if he could give a little more clarification as I was confused about what he meant, and he got super rude towards me and essentially said "you can either bring what I told you or leave", and refused to even look at the car unless I brought the stuff. I am not a car person, and I think it's shockingly poor customer service to treat your customers like this when they are asking for some clarification. Everyone else I spoke to at the nearby Discount Tire and O'Reilley was super patient and helpful, and seemed to be legitimately interested in solving my problem. I get that this repair is somewhat out of the wheelhouse of Grease Monkey, but the complete disinterest the staff had in helping me solve my problem made it a terrible experience.

  Forgot to install the in cabin air filter after removing the old one and everything from my glove box. Forgot to latch hood when done noticed when I got home. Oil was low in stick after arriving home. Price quoted for in cabin filter was 35-45 was $50 on checkout. Frankly $150 is way too much for an incomplete job and messy work.

  I was greeted by a friendly young man as I drove up to the Sandy, Grease Monkey location. They took care of the lube and oil job in good time. (I happened to arrive when I could get right in.) The young man who rang up the service was also friendly and appreciated an emailed discount coupon. (Full synthetic oil is pricey though recommended for my vehicle.) They were happy to make sure the mileage reset had been done when I asked. 👍🏻

  Completely honest service. Mark the manager even brought me out and showed me that I didn’t need my brake fluid flushed which contradicted what a prior mechanic had said at a different facility. And he showed me that my brake fluid was indeed the nice red color and was completely full and he sent me on my way without charging me a dime.
