  I rent with Enterprise fairly often. It’s nearly always a great experience. Kind staff, prompt check in, with flexible policies around cancellations. This last time, they rushed through cleaning I guess - the outside wash was iffy and on the inside I found rotting blueberries, old fries, and dried banana chips, in addition to dried spilled milk between the middle seats. It was fresh enough to know it came from the previous renter. I didn’t notice til I was home, loading up to head out, so I didn’t have time to take it back for better cleaning, and instead spent 20 mins cleaning it myself. Unusual experience for us, so we’ll try again but recommend always checking the inside thoroughly before you leave the lot.

  We will not rent from this location again. I always use Enterprise for car rentals, and this is literally the first location where we have had a challenge. First of all, when we arrived they had nothing left but trucks. Our reservation was for a crossover SUV. They gave us a truck at the same cost, but parking is difficult in downtown Salt Lake City, and a large truck increases this challenge significantly. When we tried to switch out the truck for a smaller car the next day, they told us we couldn't. In addition, the service wasn't that great. Not rude exactly, but not overly helpful either. They also ran the full charge plus deposit, and did not explain to my husband (who picked up the vehicle) that he needed to use a credit card instead of a debit card. My policy is never to pay upfront, because that puts you at the whim of waiting for a company to return a deposit. The fact that this wasn't explained to my husband is indicative of the poor service at this location. But wait, there's more -- the truck they DID give us was not vacuumed, and very dirty inside. The gas tank was NOT on full, and the truck had not been washed. There's a reason this location has only a 3.1 out of 5 stars, which we learned experientially. This isn't enough to drive me away from Enterprise altogether, but we definitely will NOT be returning to this location again.

  When I need a rental car, I always call Matt Maeda. He’s a great asset to the company. He always takes care of me. Great price plus the team that processed my rental car at the Location in Sandy came through again very friendly quick service great cars. I won’t go anywhere else. I recommend Enterprise to anybody who’s looking for a rental. Thanks again for the great work people make the difference and you got it right team. Thanks again.

  This place is better than heaven. Such friendly and helpful people. Somebody please give Lucas a raise he was awesome and made the rental experience as smooth as butter. Would definitely recommend this location and will rent here again!

  They put the burden of a deposit on the person who was crashed into who is here on an insurance claim. Their machine is broken for debit cards that I called to check were active. I used the card two days ago for food. I checked the account balance. They have no alternative options such as cash or even using a bank account number. MY CAR was crashed into. They put the burden on me and their system is ineffective. There’s no accountability on their end to make sure an insurance claim works for someone that depends on their car to get to work and get their kids places. I can’t just take the bus. Take some responsibility and make sure it works for those with insurance claims.
