  Came in for some windshield wipers and the manager, Jennifer, had a really bad attitude. Didn’t even say thank you or display any modicum of customer service, so I returned them. It was clear she was either unhappy with her job or unhappy with me for some reason. Maybe she shouldn’t work there.

  If you are the kind of person that likes to be given the wrong parts and then be told you can’t return them cause you tried to install them, AutoZone is the place for you and the manager Curtis is your man. Here is the details if anyone cares. I went there for an oil change. I used the reference book by the filters to find my oil filter and STPXL. Getting to the counter the guy tells me that I can get the mobile one for five bucks more because of a deal they have. That’s a good deal so I say OK. He looks it up and after asking me what motor I had apparently he entered the other motor that comes in my car into the system resulting in him, giving me a number for an oil filter that doesn’t fit. The next morning I started changing my oil. While in the process of putting the new filter on noticed that it doesn’t fit. I explain what happened to Curtis who rips the box for the new filter that doesn’t fit and tells me that because it has oil drips in it from trying to put it on, He’s not gonna take it back. so I end up spending an extra 20$ more on top of the already expensive $60 oil change. I hate it but Walmart is cheaper and you get better help. I had been using AutoZone for 25 years. The last few times going there i’ve been nothing but problems. Now that I’m late for work and my oil change cost 33% more I’m done.

  I had such a great experience at AutoZone today! The staff was extremely kind and helpful in getting me the right battery for my vehicle. They took the time to figure out what battery I had previously and helped me make sure I was getting the correct replacement. I also asked for some help with getting everything taken care of, and before I left, I had a new battery in place and my car was up and running. I’m incredibly grateful for the kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. A special thank-you to Braden A. for being so helpful and going above and beyond! I really appreciated the excellent customer service!

  My wife and I visited this store after we had stopped at two other auto part stores. We were trying to determine the best way to deal with a vehicle paint issue. At this store, Emily (hope I've spelled her name correctly) listened to what our problem was, took us to two different parts of the store, and advised us on 3 different ways to solve the problem. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. What wonderful customer service!! AutoZone is fortunate to have her as a member of their team. Because of Emily, I'll return to this store even though there is another AutoZone closer to my home.
