  We were on a road trip and needed an oil change. We picked Valvoline, since we always get great service from this company in WA state. This location exceeded our expectations! Excellent service! 10/10

  Arrived at lunch time to a long wait. Just need my fluids checked and Thorrey helped me out in the line and showed me where all the fluid markers were because it’s a new car to me. Very grateful for thorrey’s customer service.

  Levi was the first person to greet us and he was very friendly. Brian was great dealing with us and explaining everything as well as prices. Also said he didn't recommend air filter at the moment as it still looked good (other places ALWAYS want to replace it even if it looks good). At the end of the change, when hood got placed back down, I saw how Zorrey took his time to clean off the fingerprints and whatever else was on the front of the hood. We really appreciated that , since we have a white truck. They honestly show pride in their work! Thanks guys -- we will be back!

  I would have given 5 Stars. However, they did not have grease for their grease gun to grease the grease zirts as a regular maintenance item. I replaced my ball joint with upgraded grease zirts instead of the extreamly stupid Ford OEM non-servicable ball joints. They made assumptions on the maintenance check list, stating they checked my power steering fluid level. I am wondering how they did that? ; I have electric steering on my F-150. No power steering pump. They offer to check the transfer case fluid level? Again, not sure how they would do that. I got a 2 wheel drive. They also do not carry the Valvoline VR-1 Synethic or VR-1 Racing Oil in stock for my classic cars. 20W30 or 20W50, or 15W50. '65 Mustang, '89 & '78 Porsche 911's, and Old school air cooled VW's which all require higher Zinc Oil for solid lifters. Otherwise I would bring my classic cars to them also. The Greeter was a previous mechanic, and years of experience. Not sure about the Top or the Bottom of how much experience they have? I am a retired mechanic and service manager. Lube shop terms, for you naughty minded folks. Top is the topside service person (checks levels, puts in fluids) . Bottom is the underside service tech in da pitt; ( drains fluids, changes filter, inspects underneath vehicle, lubes zirts, etc) So perhaps management will stock grease for the grease guns, and stock oils for older classic car enthusiasts with Zinc. (Obviously Zinc oil for non catyalitc converter cars). The previous Mobile 1 lube shop off 300w used to carry all the oils. Jiffy Lube are just a pack of idiots, don't trust ya car to Jiffy Lube. Valvoline has an opportunity to step above the other lube shops and could tap into the classic car enthusiasts market. If ya need an experienced service manager, hit me up.

  They said they checked my tires because the tire pressure light was on. Once they were done I turned my car back on and began to leave when I noticed the tire pressure light was still on. I checked my tire pressure with a gage once I got home. All of my tires needed air except one. And one was at 22 psi where my recommended psi is 33. So, either they lied and didn't actually check or they let air out instead of in. Other than that it was so quick and easy, in and out within 10 minutes. And the price was so much more reasonable with the coupon from their website.
