  The service was fast and fantastic. Levi took the lead on my service, and I was very impressed with him and the other two managers working the shift that day. They were all extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. I also appreciated that Levi showed me the services offered, but wasn’t pushy. My experience here was miles above any other shop I’ve been to in the valley. Countless bad experiences with Jiffy and Big O and every other chain. We will definitely be bringing our vehicles here for oil changes from now own. Thanks again to Levi! I believe the other manager was Damian, and I apologize to the other manager whose name I’ve forgotten. Those three are a great team.

  Went here for the first time yesterday, there's no reason to go anywhere else from now on. Professional, friendly, thorough. They didn't try to upsell me to get services I didn't need. And, they accept expired coupons!

  Never had a better service than this! Don't know if I've ever driven out of a car service without feeling scammed but here the price was great. Zach walked me through the procedures and what I was paying for and answered all questions in a way that I could understand what was going on. Brian and Damian also were super helpful and took great care of us. I could not recommend this place enough. Their slogan is "experts you can trust" amen to that!

  The experience is def feeling like I had Ai fixing my issue. Came in for an oil leak issue caused by a backyard mechanic, so yes, I admit that part was my fault. I desperately sought help, thinking a real shop would be an upgrade 🤦‍♀️ But apparently, I got a ChatGPT fixed instead 😭 They topped off the oil, checked the leak, and told me everything was good. Three days later, every single drop leaked back out from the exact same spot. I’m still very confused about what actually got fixed 🙏

  This Valvoline location is conveniently located near on the corner near Costco, and given the great value of the service ($55 for 7 qt oil change), I would not change my oil anywhere else. The employees were exceptionally helpful and polite. Specifically, Justin, Anthony, Levi, and Jay were instrumental to the ease and brevity of my visit. These gentlemen were honest about the services I needed and didn’t need immediately, and they quickly accommodated my special requests when I informed them I was towing a heavy trailer across the country. I regret not discovering this location earlier because they would have been the only oil change shop I would go to.
