  Whenever I pull up to this car wash, it always seems like they are shut down, I have a membership and come here often. Employees do not guide tires into the belt to get you through the car wash, my rims have been horribly scratched twice now. Also, everybody that works there is so terribly rude and seems like such an inconvenience for you to be going through their car wash. Unfortunately, things have just gotten progressively worse over the last six months. I will be canceling my membership immediately
