  Car died in traffic called them they said they would send a tow truck with a replacement car and would be there in an hour almost 2 hours later they arrived with out a car loaded the broken down car. Took me back to airport to get a car missed 2 important meetings waiting for them horrible customer service. Tow truck drive was cool

  Do not rent here. Staff and managers are dishonest. They never have the car you select and they put you in lower categories or the same and try to sell you that's it's an upgrade. Roselynn the manager doesn't return emails. Probably because they have nothing to say about their dishonesty. Rent from Hertz, they're way better.

  We had a wonderful experience renting our car, and we especially want to thank Malika for her outstanding service. She was extremely friendly, helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Despite the problems caused by our delayed flight and the changes to our reservation time, Malika was incredibly understanding and helpful. She did everything she could to make the situation easier for us and managed to arrange a suitable car despite the complications. She was very kind and made the whole experience much less stressful after a long and difficult journey. Thank you so much, Malika! We truly appreciate your help and would definitely recommend her to anyone renting a car here. Excellent customer service!!

  Very unreliable!!! No where on the website does it say I can’t pay with a debit card. Went there and they told me that they can’t accept that payment type due to me not having a return flight. Mind you I’m traveling out of state with a 1 year old by myself. Luckily I had some family near by or I would have been stranded in the rain with my toddler. The guy at the front desk was very rude and would not even let us give a credit card over the phone. This really is the worst experience I have had with a rental company.

  Was told I’d be issued a refund FOUR times now after they refused to give me a car. Representatives hanging up. Refund still not being issued. This place may rent a car here and there, but is a total scam overall. Took advantage of two young women who flew across the country. Absolutely disgusting business. I will be reporting this and escalating it through the proper authorities. I have been on hold after they hung up on me for asking for clarification on their refund process. They finally answered and hung up on me immediately. Called back and asked for a manager… don’t think those are a real thing around here. Just con artists. Embarassing business practice.
