We are traveling by and needing to repair our windshield but the person was not in the mood to help us and my wife was just so sad he declined to help un in anyway. Hope someone can take a look at this situation and address this issue.

I scheduled my appt 2 weeks before, today they sent me a message in the morning confirming my appt, now in the afternoon they canceled. When I called them they said they didn't have the piece. I'm really pissed off, I've been waiting for 2 weeks and less than 24 hours before my appt they cancelled.
