  I was always a customer to this store but after what happen this evening I’m no longer coming back to that store. I was on the phone with my mom at the same time and came for some drinks but they didn’t have the third drink so I told my son to put them back we’ll go too Lucky’s. So I walked out of the store but my son needed the restroom so he went and I noticed 2 employees walking out of the store, as I was backing out she snapped a photo of my license plate and I rolled down my window and ask her did we do anything wrong she says I’m going to view the camera. I told her we didn’t steal anything if that’s what you’re thinking. So be aware of the employees if you’re on your phone talking inside the store they suspect you’re going to steal. I will no longer be a customer to that location. I did not like how they thought we was stealing.

  This is a better maverick.. of course I need to say they have made some bold moves that last few years and really upgraded the food and all that..I can't say at all that I don't like maverick!! Lol and they are just about on every damn corner!!

  I went in there this morning about 4:50 AM to get a Gatorade, a water a cup of ice and two packs of marble black shorts paid for everything got up to get my breakfast this morning with my husband got to McDonald’s to buy my breakfast sandwich realized that he gave us the wrong cigarettes took them back and said hey these are the wrong ones can I get the right ones? He said I’m sorry once they leave the store. They’re not my problem. It’s your problem. Maybe if the cashier was more worried about his job instead of going outside and smoking with a security guard. I would’ve got the right cigarettes to begin with. I understand that it is my bad for not double checking but it is not that hard to say oh I’m sorry here you go. I work in customer service. Also, I do this on a daily basis of a customer came into me and said hey you sold me the wrong part I’d be more than happy to give him the right one to be treated the way that I was treated this morning with my husband over a two packs of cigarettes that cost over $20 is a little bit ridiculous. My husband will also be contacting his manager something about this needs to be done. It doesn’t matter how much you want to smoke a cigarette with your security guard outside when you’ve got customers in the store we’re not gone. I could understand if I was gone for like two hours and realized that the cigarettes were wrong, but we’re talking less than 10 minutes and we can’t exchange our cigarettes because he handed us the wrong ones because they left the store. what if I was just sitting out in the parking lot and went back inside and said hey these are wrong am I still gonna get treated the same way I would like something done about this they said it was up to the store and the. Emailed me and said it was there policy I really don’t think they know what there doing.
