  A clerk named Phil just refused me service because I would not let him touch property that belongs to me. He then states it is a privilege not a right. I have been a patron at this location for more than 20+ years and Phil is the only clerk whom I had an issue with. I suspect Phil has an issue with me for reasons that irrelevant to my purchase. Be very cautious if you are a minority and you come across this clerk. His supervisor Mike likes to condone such behavior as well.

  Their prices on just about everything seem marked up from regular prices. $3.49 for a normal size candy bar?! $5.89 for a regular sized bag of chips?! I've been to other Mavericks that were way cheaper. Who's cash cow is this?

  This Maverik used to be my go-to on the east side of I-15 to use the restroom at while driving overnight for Uber; they now close the bathrooms to the public.
