  The bonfire grill associates at this location are the absolute worst Karen has refused to make food all the way from 930a to 1015a for about a year now and their excuse is always that they are getting ready for "lunch" now the "training" has been spewed to this newer kid, I believe they told me that his name is Alex.. I went in this morning to get me just a couple of tacos and I even asked the cashiers at the front if they are serving food and they said yes.. I went up to the bonfire counter and before I could even say a word the Alex kid said we are not taking orders so I asked for his name and he said "why" and I told him "because I am gonna be putting in a complaint" then and only then did Karen say what is it that you want, at this time I have already had it with this locations bonfire, i told her that as well, they both should be released for thier employment if they are gonna refuse customers and give Maverick a bad name.. its because of this service that I get from the bonfire associates that I rarely ever go to this Maverick.. the cashiers are generally always friendly, but when you continue to get denied service it doesnt make a person want to come back.. I will be doing what I need to do to file a complaint with the corporate office

  Do not eat the prepared food here. I just watched the food handler take french toast out of the oven then lay the oven mits on the toast. Then proceed to make sandwiches with the bread. I asked her if she was going to use that bread and she said yes. I said after you played your oven mit on the toast and she said yes. She needs food safety training or fired. I am so disgusted with her lack of concern. God knows what else she is doing to the clients food.

  I picked up a chicken bacon salad. After a few bites I noticed that the salad had frozen bits. The egg is completely solid I asked the bonfire grill employee and said that's normal and said it is what it is and didn't seem to care too much.
