  Never have I had such bad customer service. My brother and I literally had to wait for 4 hours to have a set of rims put on that we paid cash for. We were the only customer there. All the 5 guys that were there did was joke around with each other and play on the internet yet a couple of hours when a female went in they had her in and put of there quick. If it was up to we would have went somewhere else or I would have atleast told them something but my brother didn't want me to embarrass him. If I could give them 0 stars I would. So long story short if you ever want to get fast service or fair service this is NOT the place to go

  Honest, reliable service at fair prices. I’ve bought 3 sets of tires from them on various vehicles. Today I noticed a nail in one of my tires and brought it over to see if it could be repaired. I came back an hour later and they had taken care of it free of charge. I highly recommend them if you’re in the market for new wheels or tires.

  Amazing experience! They took care of us and updated me as the work was being done. I had my baby and the guy made sure we were comfortable because it was cold in the waiting area. He was very friendly!

  Huge shout out to Marco at Mac Wheels for getting me some awesome Enkei light weight wheels. Marco and his team are real ones. Good deals on rims. Also, Outstanding customer service.
