  I’m posting this because my experience at this Jiffy Lube is going to cost me thousands of dollars in repairs to my vehicle. In January 2025, I was told my differential fluid was “bad” and needed to be changed. I trusted them. I’ve since learned that: • My differential fluid had already been changed by my dealership just six months earlier. There was no reason for it to be “bad.” I was sold an unnecessary service. • In April 2026, my dealership found my front differential had recently run completely dry — with no leak. That means it was not filled properly during the January 2025 Jiffy Lube service. Due to the dry differential fluid, I now need a full transmission replacement quoted at $10,500. • The dealership ruled out their own responsibility because Jiffy Lube was the last shop to service the differential, as shown on CarFax. • Jiffy Lube refused responsibility because my car had been in two unrelated body shops since then — neither of which touched the differential. I confirmed this with both shops. • I was also incorrectly told I had an oil leak, which caused months of unnecessary stress. There was no leak. This location sold me a service I didn’t need, failed to refill the differential properly, and now I’m left with a ruined transmission and a massive repair bill. I hope this review prevents someone else from going through what I did.

  The guys in the shop got both my husband's and my oil and filters changed in under 20 minutes. Phill was also a total gentleman. He walked me to my car and closed my door for me. It was a very sweet touch.

  DO NOT GO HERE! Wouldn’t trust this location. I took my car in to get a simple oil change. They ended up stripping my plug and cracking my oil pan. The mechanics tried to make up quickly by trying to locate another oil pan. Then they decided to just plug it until I could get it home. I called to speak to the manager and instead of them having any sort of accountability they deflected and said it was the previous company that changed my oil. However, afterwards I recall their was not a single drop of oil on my driveway previously nor was their any leaking. Now as I look under my car it’s not only leaking from my plug but also from around where they replaced the filter. LIKE A SIEVE! I’m beyond upset right now. I’m bout to see what other course of action I could take. NOT OK. BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS AND MAKD RIGHT. I’m outta 155.00 oil change. Need replace oil pan and need another oil change.
