  There was no overnight parking available. There was hair all over the sink in the shower room I had like someone shaved or trimmed their hair

  Dammit, don’t eat the meatloaf it’s spoiled that was the only thing I eat in the afternoon because my truck was in the shop most of the day I woke up throwing up and he’s in the bathroom every 30 minutes, got stomach cramps food poisoning . This is messed up. They should be aware of what they’re serving. They don’t care.

  They are losers. Wait for showers are too long. While I was waiting they called my company for being in reserve spot. I told the security I am just taking shower and leaving. Dumb Staff.

  Safety Warning for Travelers (Especially Women and Overnight Guests) I am writing this to warn other travelers about significant safety and management concerns at this location. While there has been a recent increase in security presence, my recent experiences here have been deeply concerning regarding guest safety and consistent policy enforcement. Security & Safety Issues: On Saturday, April 18, the lot was in chaos with aggressive individuals and loose animals. I witnessed a domestic dispute and was personally targeted by an aggressive individual. When I informed the on-site security guard, he refused to investigate or monitor the situation, dismissively telling me to wait for 911 in a demeaning manner. I found the lot to be completely unpatrolled during active safety incidents. Targeted Harassment & Inconsistency: There is a persistent issue with how guests are treated here. I have observed male staff members and loiterers repeatedly harassing female guests, including my partner, while male guests are left undisturbed. Despite reports to the staff at the counter, no intervention occurred. It appears that "policies" are used to target certain individuals while actual safety hazards are ignored. Facility Maintenance & Liability: The irrigation system is improperly maintained, spraying water directly onto pedestrian sidewalks at night. This creates a significant slip-and-fall hazard for guests walking to the store in low-visibility conditions. Management Lack of Transparency: The Night Shift Assistant Manager (bald male, 30s-40s) has repeatedly refused to provide his name or the contact information for the General Manager to follow up on these grievances, effectively obstructing accountability. UPDATE: After filing formal complaints with Pilot Corporate and the security agency (CBI Security), the dismissive guard appears to have been removed, and I have recently seen two guards patrolling. However, the culture of inconsistent enforcement and management's refusal to identify themselves remains a major red flag. Advice: If you are a woman traveling alone or a family looking for a safe rest stop, be extremely cautious or find a different location until this store demonstrates consistent professional standards.
