  I have rented from this location twice, both times were a great experience. Quick, easy, very friendly folks, and the car was exactly what we needed. Will definitely rent from them again!

  Rental ended up being less than the estimated price from when we booked online so that was nice. Every staff member we interacted with was great!

  Months before visiting Utah on vacation, I booked a rental car through another company. When I arrived in Salt Lake City, that company admitted they had overbooked and did not have a car for me, regardless of my reservation. Not only did that company not offer me any alternative solution, but they also KEPT MY MONEY. Weeks later, I still have not received a refund, and I anticipate a lengthy phone/email battle ahead. Then, I called Enterprise. They promptly gave me a reservation for 9am the following day. But just before my reservation, I got a call from Enterprise saying that they had also overbooked! Here's the difference. The manager at this Enterprise location, Tyler, explained the situation to me thoroughly and politely instead of just turning me away. In fact, before calling, Tyler had already found a way to get a different car to their lot, cleaned and ready to go, by noon. He also reduced the price of my reservation by one full day to make up for the three-hour delay. On top of all that, the entire Enterprise staff was kind and super communicative, even calling me the day after I returned the car (after hours) to confirm receipt in good condition. Cynically, I suspect overbooking is a profit-maximizing scheme across the entire car rental industry. But the way Enterprise handled it with such great customer service was fundamentally better than their competitors. Tyler and his staff at this location are really fantastic, too.

  These guys were so awesome even tho they had a rush of people that organized really good to check us in and getting us in our cars and on our way. I didn’t feel rushed or rudeness at all, they took there time with me explaining things and answering all my questions knowing there busy they still took the time to serve me like I was the only one there. And Aya!! Omg what can I say the most sweetest person. So nice and made me feel so comfortable. If I have to travel again this spot will be my pick always no matter how far I have to drive. Then couple days they followed up with me and to me that was top tier customer service! Thanks to the team that helped me and my family travel safely without worries.
