  They re-rented my served car and lied about it. They had us wait an extra 4hrs only to get a vehicle that we were very unsatisfied with. They acted with absolutely no urgency to rectify their mistake, choosing rather to eat, walk around and laugh a out whatever. They conveyed the message that they don't five a crap

  I’m conditioned to having bad rental car experiences, especially when picking up the car after a long flight. Lionel and the other man behind the counter (didn’t get his name) were very helpful and accommodating with our experience picking up and dropping off the car. Definitely would rent here again

  I had to rent a car after totaling mine in an accident, and Chloe completely turned my day around by being so kind. I rented from here a few times after that as I was shopping for a new car, and each time, Lucas was so helpful and actually remembered me! But I'm most grateful for the Manager Tyler, who worked with me on a windshield ding. I fell in love with the blue Mazda rental, so thank you for guiding me to my blue beauty in the photo, she is a dream and I never would've even considered a Mazda if I hadn't had such a wonderful experience renting one from here!

  Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The Enterprise team in Downtown Salt Lake City is truly knocking it out of the park. Every interaction felt effortless, professional, and genuinely customer-focused. From the moment we walked in, the team was welcoming, attentive, and on top of every detail. They moved quickly without ever making us feel rushed, answered questions before we even had to ask them, and made sure everything was dialed in perfectly. In a situation where we had a lot going on, their calm, capable approach made a huge difference.
