Customer service was great and they brought the car directly to me at the body shop which was convenient since i have a toddler and carseat to transfer. I barely had to wait after I called them and said i was ready to pick up the rental.
- CBChris BradshawApr 19, 20261.0ENTERPRISE CORPORATE - THIS IS A DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICE - KNOCK IT OFF!! I'm seeing the other reviews say the same thing, so I'm going to jump in and add my one-star experience strictly regarding the PURPOSELY MISLEADING ONLINE RESERVATION SYSTEM. Several weeks in advance I made a reservation for a pickup truck. The day of the reservation I learn, there are basically zero pickup trucks... not just for that day but overall, that's just not a thing. There is not a snowball's chance that I would ever be able to make a reservation for a pickup truck and then show up the day of the rental and actually get a pickup truck. Allowing your customers to place a reservation for a vehicle that there is no hope of ever actually driving is totally shady and deceitful. The only reason I had a decent experience with the rental process (everything outside of being tricked into reserving a vehicle that doesn't exist) was the individual at the location I rented from doing everything they could to find the next best thing within a very short amount of time and props to them, they did just that. Their end of the customer service experience was awesome and they completely saved my travel plans.
